   Food wasn’t that good considered it was highly recommended and pretty pricey for the taste and service was very Salesy but the dessert and the bread was delicious

   The chicken schnitzel was very good. I was disappointed that they took the short ribs off the menu though.

   I have come here multiple times and have had an amazing experience and thought it would be perfect to bring my family (who have never been) for Mother’s Day and I was completely embarrassed. The service was perfectly fine, our server was extremely nice and understanding with what ended up transpiring. One of our drinks that had an olive in it came with a moldy olive, food took an incredible long time with multiple dishes being served cold that had to be sent back including a steak that was as completely overcooked and the replacement took over a half hour to get. By the time it came out everyone had been done eating for 15 min. I was really hoping the experience would hold up to all the other times I’ve been but I found myself apologizing to my family for choosing this restaurant.

   We elected to celebrate Mother’s Day at Union New America, and it was fantastic! Our waiter, Facundo, was amazing. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and committed to providing excellent service. He guided us through every aspect of our evening, including asking Steven, the Bar Manager, to help us with selecting the perfect bottle of wine for the world’s greatest mom! The dinner, wine, and 5 star service helped make this a memorable Mother’s Day.

   The food and place was great. Our waiter Ryan, was fantastic. Had a small indicent with the food and he took care of it immediately. The only downfall of this place is the wait time on the food. Took a good 45-50 minute to recieve the food but it was great ! If the wait time can be fixed this place would be top notch. But still the food was amazing. Truly enjoyed it.

   I had Mother’s Day lunch at Union New American today. While the staff’s attention and the overall ambiance were outstanding, the food was disappointing. My salmon was undercooked, the tea was over-steeped, and the drinks were just average. For such an upscale and beautifully designed restaurant, the menu lacked quality—especially when it came to healthy and satisfying options.
