   Not bad but not great. The server and host were absolutely lovely. The food pretty middle of the road. The crispy salmon was good but the green mashed potatoes and veg were not. My friend said the burger was mediocre and the fries looked good but were oily and chewy.

   This restaurant has a lot going for it. It’s open and airy and the banquets are nice to sit in. The menu and cocktails are great, filled with vegetarian options and tasty sounding choices. I can also say that the service is great: they profusely apologized for forgetting our side order. The problem, I’m afraid, is the chef. The broccolini tempura with an Asian dipping sauce was soggy and greasy. The choice of premade bland tasting cracker-style crust (which easily crumbled) for the flatbreads killed the experience of the toppings, which could have been improved with a little pepper and lemon, topped with a drizzle of fruity olive oil. I’m sure that the burgers are solid and the tuna tacos are delicious, but for us the overall experience (made worse by a watery martini) wasn’t worth the cost.

Thank you for mentioning the things you did like about your visit such as the service, the ambience, and the wide variety of options our menu offers for all diets and desires. In response to the aspects you didn't care for, I sincerely apologize that we didn't meet your standards on those. We have received countless compliments on the items you listed as not being up to par but I will review with my kitchen staff what may have happened wrong with yours from this past Sunday. Also, I'm very curious as to how the martini was watery since it was a Bombay Saphire martini straight up but will also discuss with my bartenders. Thank you again.

   The cowboy steak was very flavorful and cooked perfectly. It comes with a side — the herb roasted potatoes were very tasty. We also ordered a burger which was great and came very crispy shoestring french fries. The service is great, the atmosphere is relatively casual and the food was exceptional. Juan was our waiter — he was very kind and attentive. It was easy to find parking. Will be returning to try other dishes!

   We were so glad that we decided to check out a new restaurant in our neighborhood, Urban Central. First impression when we entered the place was that this restaurant would be like one you would find in the city. The makeover from the previous establishment was remarkable. The place was modern and trendy in appearance and the vibe was lively as the place got busy on a Saturday night. The 12 seat bar also looked very nice. The menu was eclectic. We had as appetizers, chicken wings in a Vietnamese sauce ( sweet but not spicy), lollipop lamb chops (tastefully seasoned), and the mission fig flat bread (love the figs). For entrees, we had the duck (as recommended in other reviews) which came with a parsnips purée (delicious) and the pork chop with farro as a side (also delicious). The service was good. We met the owner, Brian, and we could tell that he appreciates his customers and we felt welcomed in his restaurant. We will definitely return to try other dishes on their menu.

   Brian the owner is so friendly and welcoming which brings us back to support him and his family. Great burger with candied bacon. Fries are perfectly crisped. Ahi Tuna Tacos nice and fresh with delicious mango salsa. If white Cosmos are your thing, the bartender makes an awesome one. Highly recommend.

   We had a wonderful time at urban Central. The staff could not have been more friendly, professional, and helpful. I had the steak sandwich and it was outstanding. The steak was flavorful, tender and just delicious. I will definitely go back there for that again and to try other entrées based on my experience this visit
