Service was slow and inattentive. It took forever to receive our drinks. I ordered my vacio "medio" and it the meat was served very rare. It was still undercooked even after I sent it back. I had heard good things about the restaurant and the experience was a disappointment.

habían muy pocas hostess para la demanda del día, la chica se veía muy estresada y poco cortés. nos dieron una mesa que a mí parecer, no era kids friendly. Estaba en la planta alta en un espacio apretado. El ambiente está muy oscuro, en la parte de arriba, por suerte alguien lo notó y lo mejoró. La mesa es muy pequeña en comparación al tamaño de platos que sirven. Y los meseros no gestionan la situación. Pedimos una mesa para 4 y los platos no cabían, dejé de pedir una entrada para tener más espacio. Fue dificil relajarse porque el personal en general estaba estresado y lo transmitían. Al final para mi esposo fue un buen momento pues la comida y bebida de alguna forma no decepciona. Y tenían buen clima. Por supuesto volveremos y con suerte estará más tranquilo
