Food was absolutely delicious and our Server Amber was so attentive but not intrusive. We were celebrating our anniversary. Best meal in Helen!!

After reading previous online reviews we had high expectations. We were greeted with abject boredom by the individual I assume was the hostess. Our waitress was overwhelmed and overworked. She truly tried to keep up but unfortunately it was all a bit much—acting as a server and a bartender for several tables. The meals were over cooked and fatty.

Heather and KT made sure we had an excellent experience. We appreciated them both. During a busy time of year, we enjoyed the leisurely setting and friendly personalities- the staff truly cared about our time.

The restaurant and staff were great. The food was wonderful, but I felt it was overpriced, especially for Helen, Ga.

Never received food ... waited over an hour after ordering and no table was receiving food. (Not even the salad I ordered as an appetizer) We picked up our wine, paid, and went back to our room and ate trail mix that I had packed. Sadly we were celebrating our Anniversary. Waitress was apologetic but offered no explanation. Everyone could tell something was off but we all sat patiently waiting & waiting. The owner was having a gathering with food in the Sky Bar so perhaps they were the priority and the restaurant clientele was not.

Food was average in taste, nothing great.. I had the ribeye and my wife had the pork chop special. Quantity was good. Caledonia Salad was great! Service was ok but seemed short staffed. Would I eat there again, probably not.

This was a bust, looks so great on the website but it's an old rundown hotel with an old run down wanna be restaurant. Dont even waste your time and money on this dump. Everything from the parking to the drinks to the terrible service was bad. No way I would recommend anyone to go there. I think this restaurant is open for the people staying in the hotel to grab a drink and a photo opp on their way to some better place.
