    Antes deseo aclarar que Vecchio Forno era de mis restaurantes de comida italiana de preferencia. Voy desde antes de pandemia. No me gustó el servicio que me tocó. Es la responsabilidad de los meseros aclarar que el plato viene caliente (no solo ponerlo) y mi niño de 6 años sé quemo la mano al tocarlo. Pedí un vaso con hielos para que metiera la mano y me traen uno largo, explica otra vez que es uno corto sino como mete el dedo. Le dije al mesero y su silencio fue preferible que pedir unas disculpas y sus pocas ganas de colaborar en tener un mejor servicio . Dejé cero propina y nunca más volveré.

    Buque por 18 minutos un lugar para estacionarme en las cuadras a la redonda y a pesar de ser zona de parquimetros, jamás logré aparcar el auto. Finalmente y cansado de buscar, me fuí, así que no puede comer en Vecchio Forno. Me hablaron bien del lugar pero no tiene valet parking o no es visible. AM

    Vecchio forno era mi restaurante favorito, pero ya no me quedan ganas de volver. El servicio fue muy lento, pasaron 15 minutos para que me preguntaran qué quería tomar. Vinieron parque levanté la mano, si no, me hubiera quedado esperando. Las opciones de vino por copeo no estaban en la lista de vino ni en el menú General. Pregunté qué opciones había, pedí 2 copas. No estaban ni bien servidas y hasta que llegó la cuenta vi que cada copa costó $310 pesos, que me parece una locura. Los precios deberían de estar marcados en la carta. Una pena el servicio que fue lentísimo

    La cena estuvo deliciosa, todos los platillos excelentes, el servicio excelente también y el precio de los platillos razonable. La noche estuvo fría, se sintió frío y las sillas incómodas considerando que estuvimos 4 horas sentados.

    Desgraciadamente hice una reserva y aparecian todos los horarios abiertos. Al llegar no tenian disponible mas que dos mesas que no quisieron darlas porque las usaban de soporte para una mesa grande , asi que muy decepcionante que no usen el servicio de open table como es debido y pretendan tener a la gente parada espetando sin respeto por nada

    Buenas tardes, ayer pasamos un buen rato, pero sí noté una falta de atención de los meseros. No había mucha gente, pero me dio la impresión de que no estaban al pendiente de nosotros. Fuera de eso, la comida estuvo muy sabrosa, como siempre. Gracias.
