Vessel Specializes in Fresh Seafood and New American Cuisine! Renowned Chef Wille Cooper, who trained under Emeril Lagasse & Wolfgang Puck sources fresh local ingredients incorporating many of the traditions New Orleans is famous for. Dinner is served 7 days a week and brunch Sat-Sun! Happy Hour weekdays 4-6 pm (except holidays). Reservations are advised and we welcome walk-ins!                                                               The food was actually delicious but the communication between kitchen and staff was bad. We waited an hour and 15 minutes for our salad and then they brought our meal and salad out at the same time. My entree got cold while I ate my salad. Never received an apology. Usually when a restaurant screws up they give you a discount or free dessert or something. They could have done a much better job.

                                                              Superb!!! Everything we ate and drank tonight was just amazing and the service top notch. The crab au gratin is a favorite of ours and the scallop risotto and turmeric roasted chicken dish were outstanding. The tipping point cocktail is my absolute favorite in New Orleans and the Pimm's cup is equally as good. Vessel is our go restaurant in New Orleans and every should experience it beauty.

                                                              As always, I was completely delighted at the consistency of this lovely restaurant. We were warmly greeted by the staff which is a constant at Vessel. I ordered the Blackened Gulf Fish after asking for recommendations and, once again, the waiter was spot on. The fish was delicious and the cauliflower purée was cooked to perfection. Thank you Vessel for never ceasing to amaze me!

                                                              We went to celebrate Christmas with family. It was a wonderful vibe, festive for the holidays. We were not rushed and the service was excellent. All the food was delicious. We shared 4 apps and there was plenty for our party of 9. All the entrees were good, although some come with no sides so be aware. We would recommend tp others and will return.

                                                              Food was delicious. History of the building as told by our waiter Jimmy was really cool. Just wished we had seen a shadow lurking past our window or lights flickering. Would have really made it an exceptional evening. We will back back.

                                                              Vessel is the most beautiful restaurant in which I have ever dined . Everything was amazing, flavorful and cooked to perfection . The drinks were so good. The service was perfect! Due to our wonderful experience, we plan on returning very soon. In addition , we will highly recommend Vessel to all our friends and family!

                                                              Came to Vessel on a beautiful evening and enjoyed sitting on the patio. My husband ordered the tequila old fashioned and I ordered the classic. Both were well balanced and delicious. The rosemary brown butter fries paired with the smoked fish dip was totally delicious. The BBQ Shrimp were the best I've ever had anywhere! Our server was great too. We look forward to having brunch here soon!
