Welcome to Victory Restaurant & Lounge.
Victory Restaurant & Lounge was born out of an idea to create a place where people could enjoy 5-Star meals in a relaxing, welcoming environment. Ricardo, a decorated businessman, had visions of opening an elite restaurant with an ambiance Miami had never seen before.
Our menu consists of elevated comfort foods that will leave you wanting more. Our restaurant is designed with indoor and outdoor seating that includes large booths, perfect for sharing a meal with friends and family. We look forward to serving you.

I visited Victory Restaurant and Lounge in Miami for hour on a Friday night with my sister. While we weren’t particularly drawn to the happy hour menu aside from the Caesar salad, we decided to order from the dinner menu instead. It was definitely the right choice! We shared a Caesar salad and oxtail egg rolls. For our entrees, we had the Seafood Alfredo and Lobster Fried Rice and everything was absolutely delicious!!! Special shoutout to our waitress named Dionnie who provided excellent customer service. She was attentive, friendly, and really added to the overall positive experience. The ambiance was lovely, with a nice vibe and a DJ playing in the background. The only downside was the bathroom. It didn’t match the style or cleanliness of the restaurant, which was a bit disappointing. However, aside from that, everything else was great!!! I’m looking forward to coming back to try more from the menu!

I had an amazing time. The food was good, drinks were great. I was there for happy hour, so the shots were $5.00. Can't beat that. Our server was super attentive and we enjoyed the music. 10 out of 10!!!

It’s very nice. Went for happy hour. Not a lot of options on the menu for the happy hour food & drinks. Service was 10/10.

Having to ask someone for service is insane considering you are on a time limit that is reiterated when seated. I did enjoy the food but it’s a small establishment.

The overall atmosphere of the venue was beautifully done. The R&B music was good, and the food was good, but the service was poor. Our waitress peso barely checked in with us. When the food arrived, no utensils were provided. We asked several times for utensils and finally received just four forks—no napkins, nothing else. Instead of receiving a receipt with a breakdown of the bill, we were left with confusion. On the other hand, the young lady who checked us in was pleasant, patient, and kind. The busser was very nice, energetic, and overall amazing. He refilled our waters, checked in to see if everything was okay, and was definitely funny.
