   Inexperienced waiter didn't explain well how things worked and disappeared for most of our meal leaving others to fill in. We tried to give a taste to about half of the buffet offerings. Some of the food was top notch, other food was awful. Garlic corn, garlic mashed potatoes, soft yellow cheese on salad bar were all horrible. Yucca and plantains overcooked. Delicious flan disappeared fast with no replacement so we only got a few leftover bites for dessert. Cocktail and draft beer very good. Three different breads/rolls were all perfectly done and very good. All the meats waiter said they had available never made it to us even when we asked him. Also they were out of filet on Christmas day! One meat was very good, the others we tried were only a little better than average, while parmesan pork and pork sausage tasted way overcooked. Restaurant was only about half full, so poor service and running out of food was surprising. A female server who helped us out but was not assigned to us, saved the day on teamwork service and making us feel welcome. We will ask for her next time. Because they are new and have a lovely location we will try again.

   Went to have Christmas dinner and the food was fresh and amazing. I had the salad bar because I do not eat much red meat but there were so many wonderful choices. Staff was kind and cocktails were unique and wonderful. We will be going back.

   This was our first time at Vila Brazil. Everything was perfect. The salad bar was exceptional, with all types of hot and cold food. The Gauchos were great in making their rounds to the tables, which made everything excellent. We will definitely be returning.

   We had a reservation for tonight. my wife, daughter, and son in law arrived before i did. they were seated at the very first table next to the entrance. When I joined them i knew this would not work. Everyone coming and going into and out of the restaurant would walk right past us. I quickly mentioned this to one of the people at the front, and we were escorted to a table in the back. Our drinks soon arrived too. This was a much better location, but i think they forgot to assign a waiter/waitress to us until almost near the end of the night. We waited for service until I finally flagged down one of the managers and asked for our green/red cards, and what we needed to do. He got us going. but we quickly needed refills, salt, and pepper. We asked several passing wait staff and eventually got what we needed. Once we were green the meats kept coming. Delicious. Never a shortage. my daughter went up a few times to get us clean plates from the plate stack nearby. We had to flag yet different waitstaff down for more refills. My daughter ordered a beer three times before one finally was brought to our table. As the night was coming to an end a waitress paid us more attention, and left us the bill. :) Overall was a good night. We were self sufficient most of the time, but it would have been nice to have more attentive wait staff so we did not have to take care of some of these things on our own.

   Food was very good. Service is a bit slow as it relates to the desired types of meat I preferred. I would mention what I wanted to one of the servers and they would acknowledge it, but no one would return in a timely fashion. This is the norm I have found at most Brazilian Steak Houses I have been to. Not once were we asked if we needed more beverages. Regardless Vila Brazil is a nice place that we enjoy and will continue to frequent.

   First time at this restaurant and it did not disappoint. The food and service was amazing. Compared to some other Brazilian steakhouses I've been to the price is way better too.

   We celebrated my husband’s birthday we a table of 13. Food was amazing, the services were perfection, the environment was chill but exciting. Would go a million times!!

   Great place and Great food! My wife loved the roasted pineapple! Only complaint was hearing / understanding the servers on what they had to offer for the meat. But that's not going to keep us from going back!

    Our waitress was extremely nice and the gaucho’s kept coming with the delicious food. The view of the water was awesome.
