Coming from Perú, our family wanted a way to share our cuisine with our Arizona neighbors. This dream led us to open our restaurant, Villa Perú. Every meal here is a way for us to share Peruvian culture with you, and our dishes, design, and architecture were all chosen to capture the authentic experience of our first home. Allow our selection of sophisticated Peruvian dishes and traditionally made Pisco-themed cocktails to take you on a vicarious adventure you wont soon forget.

Food was incredible. The place was overflowing so service and kitchen were stressed but handled well. I would stand in line to go back!

Villa Peru is a great restaurant. This is the first time we have been there since the remodel and it was "energetic" aka noisy, but the food was very good. The front desk seemed a bit disorganized, but it was an event night - the lobster dinner, and much more crowded than we thought it would be. The lobster rolls and lobster paella were delicious. Unfortunately, both our drinks and salad came after the entrees were served, but the server was willing to take the drinks back and take them off of our bill. We will definitely return to Villa Peru!

It should’ve been a pleasant dining experience for my daughter’s 24th birthday however, it was anything but. The hostess was not prepared for our party of six. We were forcefully sat in their event room, which the host and manager made us feel like we were a nuisance for being sat in their “special room”. We were not really assigned a waiter or waitress. The staff were unorganized, took 30 minutes to get our drinks, two hours to get our cold food, we had to ask random waiters for water refills, condiments, etc. Their overpriced mediocre “cuisine” is negated by their poor waiting and “Customer Service”. After I attempted to negotiate their “cake cutting fee per person”, for a cake I brought in, to be waved from the bill, the manager bragged about the room having a $200 rent fee with a $75 minimum per guest and how “fortune” we were to have had our dinner in there. And to add insult to injury, the manager went on a tangent about “favors or cuts” that cannot be made on bill because they have rent and staff to pay. I responded to the manager by saying that had the service reflected the price, I would have no issue paying the full bill. In a nut shell, yeah, I felt there was some discrimination. Next time we’ll just go next door to Seis Kitchen or Sullivans steakhouse.

Villa Peru is a treasure. The family that runs it makes sure that every diner has a wonderful experience. We went for the lobster festival which didn’t disappoint. The special menu was big and varied. We tasted several dishes, all of which were wonderful. Even though it was a very busy night in their expanded space, the service was excellent. The regular menu is broad and interesting. We have been regulars since they opened. Definitely a favorite of ours, so give it a try.

Met with old friends for dinner. We all loved the “beginner’s ceviche… pescado ceviche to be clear and we almost licked the bowl! Delicious meal. Wonderful staff. Helpful and friendly. I so appreciate the family that owns/runs this treasure in the desert. I’m going back on Friday to bring my MIL for the Lobster Fest!

Our 1st time going and everything was fantastic. We were surprised to their new special on Lobster dishes. We had a very different ceviche as an appetizer it was good along with the ability to ask for different chili hotness. For entrees I had their lobster on paella - excellent. Another entree we had was the octopus - slightly over grilled but ok. Desert was the Nutella cake very light and tasty.
