We have come many times and will return. The only minor issue was when we arrived we were not told by the hostess how long we would be waiting. It was clear that they were busy/overbooked. Our reservation was for 6:45 and we were not seated until 7:15pm. The only thing the hostess told us was that it would be a few minutes. Of course the food was superb and our waiter was attentive. We love the atmosphere.

The food was good. Nice atmosphere. Waiter was ok. Noticed he was much more friendly to those drinking full bottles of wine. Didn’t even offer us the complimentary bread.

Beautiful atmosphere, sat in a perfect booth for four friends. Food was amazing, all flavors and entrées were spot on! Service was excellent and our bus “person” was very attentive. Highly recommend. Favorite spot for years.

I have been to Vivace a number of times but haven’t been back for quite awhile. This visit for our party of 4 was equally memorable as the previous times. We all thought our dinners were superb and the portions were generous. We thoroughly enjoyed everything we ordered from the Bruschetta appetizer to the Cesare and Butter Lettuce salads to the Orecchiette Pasta, Eggplant Parmesan and Scaloppine di Vitello entrees and the Hazelnut Sundae and Tiramisu desserts were simply delicious. While the restaurant was full and rather noisy, we were fortunate to sit in a booth at the end of the room we were in, so the noise was abated. We look forward to our next visit in a much shorter period of time.

Vivace is always spot on for service , quality and excellence food! The hostess always has a warm and welcoming presence and greets you when you arrive! Sometime it’s the owner. The wait staff has been there for years and they also greet you like family and old friends.. even the staff that aren’t waiting on you because they have in years past. The bar is friendly with exceptional cocktails and the wine list compares to Napa Valley! If you are looking for exceptional food, wonderful service with a warm family atmosphere and vibe,try Vivace! And don’t overlook the amazing brick pizza oven you will see firing up wonderful tasty pizza’s!

Vivace is where we celebrate birthdays, holidays and any other excuse to dine there. The food is consistently wonderful. The tomato-based sauces are outstanding, pasta is cooked perfect and the quality of the meats e.g. Molinari sausage) is great. The menu presents a wide variety of dishes including a favorite- orcchiette con salsiccia e rapini - and a lasagne surrounded by a bechamel sauce that is incredible! Service is always outstanding. Last night we were served by Haden who was attentive, personable and totally on it for our orders. The dining areas feel like you’re in a neighborhood restaurant but still has a an almost NYC feel. Eat at Vivace, you will be glad you made the effort!!
