With nearly 30 years of food and beverage experience, executive chef Jason van Marter is the architect behind the menu at Vivian’s Table. Chef Jason uses his southern, coastal, and Hawaiian cuisine expertise to enliven Vivian’s classic recipes with innovative twists that delight the senses and level up the local culinary scene. He is constantly developing expertly crafted seasonal specials made with local ingredients to bring something new – and delicious – to the table. Food was great but Natasha our server was the best we have ever had. Likewise Krystal our breakfast server was great. Whoever does the hiring is doing a fabulous job!

From the drinks, to the apps, to the main course, it was a great experience. The mushroom gnocchi, chef’s kiss. We will definitely be back.

Our anniversary and we chose Vivian's because we know the food and service are always spot-on. Mediterranean salmon was delicious, cocktails were cold and well-made, service was impeccable, friendly, helpful and not intrusive. Not a fan of the Bang Bang Shrimp though...just lacking in creativity and flavor, imo. But, all else was perfect!

Vivian’s Table at the Bristol Hotel was nothing short of fantastic! They make our evening very special. The waitress was just the best. She took pride in all she did. The kitchen staff were marvelous, making sure everything brought out was just spot on. Amazing meal. We will absolutely return there again and again.
