   This experience truly surpassed all our expectations. While we were already aware of the prestige of Vue de Monde, the restaurant not only lived up to its reputation but went above and beyond to create an extraordinary experience. The food was exquisite, and the service was exceptional. The staff made celebrating my partner’s 30th birthday so special, making it feel like we had known them for years. Thank you once again for providing us with such an unforgettable experience.

   Well that was the best food and experience we have ever had, and we do a lot of fine dining. 13 courses of spectacular dishes, a perfect bottle of burgundy and the service was beyond outstanding. A special course on our own at the back of the restaurant with our own view after a kitchen tour was just such a special moment. Unforgettable. These service team is tight knot, drilled and trained to such a high standard. Highly recommended.

   The experience was incredible. The staff were amazing and attentive, they were able to anticipate what we needed and they knew their stuff. We loved the energy of the staff we came across and there were small touches that made all the difference as well. Thank you to everyone who made out night an absolutely incredible experience.

   Just an overall amazing experience. The staff were so attentive and took great care of us. The food was so special and the care with which each dish prepared was evident. Special thanks to our servers, and the sommelier Dorian who went above and beyond and the wine matching was perfect! So special to see the kitchen and the recommendations and special card we got. A wonderful dining experience.

   Fantastic experience with wonderful staff led from the front with the amazing Raj. The food was impeccable from start to finish and the wine marching highlighted and enhanced the meal in a wonderful journey from some of the best around Australia and around the world. Our first experience but we will be back

   From the moment we stumbled through the magnificent entryway downstairs on a miserably rainy evening, to the last bite and farewells, we were treated like VIPs. No question was left unanswered … each different waitstaff person showed eminent skill, pride and knowledge whilst remaining least intrusive to our whole experience. We expected a certain ambiance and were delighted with the subtlely sheik dining and drinks areas. The evident dedication to providing diner “space” (and we’re talking physical space as well as privacy) is unequalled with any other restaurant we’ve dined at. It’s difficult to find just one or two superlatives to adequately capture the cuisine so let’s try with these: quietly masterful, always surprising … sometimes beautifully shocking, but always providing a sensational taste explosion. Some of the flavours seemed so simple, yet combined with one or two others in the one mouthful made for a downright party in my mouth! We are extremely happy to have enjoyed such a lingeringly joyous evening at Vue du Monde … not to forget the skilful, kind and enthusiastic services of Barbara.    Vue De Monde is definitely a top restaurant and worth trying once in a lifetime. The atmosphere, views and service was perfect. The food was very unique and mostly tasty but because it changes here and there be open to try things you haven't tried before and not compare it to other restaurants or other times if you have been there before. I can say the 1st time I went many years ago was nicer food wise but this times was average for me for the amount it costs.
