The experience was cool as a first timer. The all you can eat bar wasn’t that good, didn’t have many options and I had to stand and wait for over 10 minutes to get items like the Wagyu rice. We were told our time is running out so we stood at the food bar, only to have to rush and eat it. The meats weren’t seasoned at all. It was good for my first time but I have other KPots I prefer.

Overall. We have fantastic A5 wagyu beef in Atlanta!!! Very close to A5 wagyu beef in Tokyo international food market that we have experienced back on July 2024!!! I just have a little suggestion that: my table service person need more care about to put away our finished dishes, so that we more space for the next order!!!that’s all!! Otherwise!!! We have a very nice Dine out on Christmas night!! Would be back if we have chance to come back Atlanta on next summer!!! Thanks

Overall, the experience was just okay. We traveled into the busy city of Atlanta to try wagyu Steakhouse, but it did not live up to what I had seen on social media. Even the presentation wasn't impressive; perhaps they do it differently for influencers. We had three guests, and we all needed to order the diamond tier because one person wanted crab legs. This was frustrating since one of our guests has a shellfish allergy. And they kept bringing the shellfish and sitting it right by her. When we ordered our meals, it seemed like they brought them out as if one person was ordering, even though we had ordered three diamond tier meals at $109.00 each. They give you a 90-minute window to eat and cook your food, which is standard for Korean BBQ, but it meant everyone had to finish cooking their meals within that time. They sing happy birthday to guest with a birthday. This brings down class experience it leaves you with a red lobster or chilies experience. The wings were good; when you order, they bring you two party-sized wings. Our tab came to just under $500. We all wanted lamb and asked if they could bring 10 lamb chops. The waiter said he would bring 5 baby lamb chops for 3 people. I felt like they were hoping we'd fill up on bar items, which mainly consisted of traditional Chinese cuisine in pots. The restaurant seemed understaffed, as our server was attending to multiple tables, so the service wasn't the best. It was a nice experience with my business partners, but honestly, we wouldn't go back. In Gwinnett, there are some excellent Korean BBQ places that offer better quality and quantity for a lower price. The ambience is OK you do get a little skyline view if you get a window seat.

Honestly I was a little disappointed. First off, we had a reservation for 7pm with a 15 min grace period. We arrived at 7pm. The parking situation is a mess, none of the entrances from the parking decks were open so we had to walk in 20 degrees down 3 flights of stairs only to be confused on which lobby would take us to the 13th floor to the restaurant. Once we finally arrived we were told they were waiting on tables to open, we didn’t get seated until 35 mins later. We were seconds away from leaving. Overall the experience was ok… but I don’t have to do it again

Waited months to get a reservation here for a Saturday date night for two… the entryway and rooftop to this place is what makes it awesome- but its certainly more of a casual place versus dress up. The food was good and comes out immediately but nothing wild. Cocktail shrimp was served complimentary with a side of ketchup (versus cocktail sauce) so that was kind of funny lol but clarified butter and Cajun dip for crab leg was nice ! Options at Buffet sound and look better than they are, temps were lukewarm to cool (noodles were bomb!). Salad bar only had ranch or Caesar dressing options and really would have like a ginger option or something with an Asian twist. Drinks from bar were delicious. Our two servers were extremely nice and professional- but they don’t do anything other than that. You get your own water/non-alcoholic beverages and anything else from buffet area. You will absolutely not leave hungry ! We are definitely looking forward to the weather warming up to come back for drinks and a casual bite outside with the gorgeous views though!
