   I am extremely disappointed with this experience. I made an 8:45 reservation, but it took an additional hour to be seated. Once we finally sat down, we were told that the kitchen closed at 10:30 PM and urged to place our orders quickly. We were celebrating a birthday and hoping for a new experience, but unfortunately, I left hungry. The rush in preparing the food and lack of seasoning left much to be desired. I would give this place a 0/10 and do not recommend it.

   They served the crabs cold, no one eat cold crabs-pleasd do better! No steak sauce but yet they specialize in steaks! Unbelievable Small portions that you have to cook the steak yourself. 1 hour wait time even with a reservation-unacceptable! Asked for a straw but never got it, had to drink water out their metal cups that everyone else drink out of I supposed. Soft serve ice cream(not even real ice cream) for such an expensive place. Overpriced and will not recommend or return. We paid for the experience not the value.

   My experience was fantastic! The staff was friendly and attentive and Justin, our experience curator” as I will call him, was superb! He explained everything in detail and had a great personality. Our drinks were perfect ( Interlock Samuari and Espresso Martini) and the prices were very reasonable for this market. The entire place has a unique vibe! High end feel with a relaxed environment. There are a lot of spaces to enjoy your meal with amazing views. Noise level was no issue. The warm weather will have the patio area packed! We ordered the Gold Tier and completely satisfied with our food! We will absolutely return.

   Waited about an hour after our reservation time to be seated, I had to confirm the reservation about 3 times so I wish they could’ve just sent a text saying that we would have to wait longer instead of us arriving and having to sit in the lobby waiting around. The food was just average nothing to rave about. Our grill didn’t work so instead of moving us the servers continued to come up to our table and fix the grill about every 5-10 minutes. One of the times one of them came over and stood there for 10 minutes and cooked our food for us which really took away from our experience as the whole point was to cook the food ourselves. Then after paying our waiter told us to leave a review and stood and watched us pull out our phones to start leaving a review. Lastly we put in one last order for food and we both got up to go to the bathroom and when we got back they were cleaning our table. Mind you we both had left our personal items at the table and still had food on the way. We retrieved our items and left. Overall a very bad experience and won’t be returning.

   Love it here, wish the reservation was ur seating time and not just a check in time because we typically have to wait an additional 20-30 mins after checking in to sit and then another 10-20 mins to get the process actually going
