   Absolutely typical BH trash service. Wait an hour for a table with reservations while hostess and management talk down to you and fawn over the “influencer” behind you. Finally get seated waiters don’t know the menu, or what’s available. Then pours the wrong drink and tries to give you a take it or leave it attitude. Not a sorry or any understanding the whole night. I think they thought I worked their and they had the res. Hard pass!

   Brought in the New Year here for the second time! It was much busier than the last time I went. The people and atmosphere was the perfect way to bring in the New Year!

   I was quite taken aback by the USD 100 charge for a relatively smaller-sized white truffle pizza—just six slices with less than 20 pieces of white truffle—and, most importantly, the lack of prior notification about the price. Admittedly, I should have asked about the price before ordering. I would have expected your staff to mention the price while introducing the special of the day, as this charge is quite unusual even in Beverly Hills? Additionally, the manner of presentation was underwhelming. The dish was brought out by a busboy rather than being served with the sense of occasion and professionalism I associate with Wally’s and a $100 price tag. This left me feeling utterly disappointed. I have always respected Wally’s for its ambiance, atmosphere, and exceptional wine selection. However, this experience has raised some concerns about how pricing and presentation reflect the values of such a reputable establishment.

   Its a great place to spend a couple of hours and have a cheese plate.......however, despite having an encyclopaedic wine list - which is reasonably priced - the first 3 choices were not available and they were all Californian!! Disappointed. There must be much better wine bars available nearby.

   Thomas was amazing. Once his shift ended, he transferred us to a server who was extremely rude. The server asked us to get up from our table tbat we reserved to seat other guests. We had only been in our seats for an hour. We were not done ordering our meals, but because of his behavior, we left full glasses of champagne behind. Completely unacceptable.
