We are committed to sourcing our ingredients directly from their places of origin. Our team personally visits these locations to handpick ingredients, ensuring the highest quality through direct contracts. We offer fish sourced from Uwajima in Ehime Prefecture and meat from Yonezawa beef in Yamagata Prefecture.

Reservations are accepted only for the following courses:
・A5 Washo Yonezawa Beef Grilled Course
・Washo Ten Colors Course

While there are 2 course options, the price is uniformly set at 13,900 yen per person (including tax).
That drinks are charged separately on the day. Please specify your course choice when making a reservation.

Cancellations are not accepted for any reason. Payment will be required at the time of reservation.
A 100% cancellation fee will apply from the moment the　reservation is confirmed.

We do not have English-speaking staff.

豆乳スープのもつ鍋を頂きました。メインはもちろん、前菜もたくさん出していただいて、すべて食べきってしまうのが惜しい美味しさでした。ご用意されている日本酒も本当においしく…。贅沢をする日に利用させていただくお店ではありますが、質・量ともに大満足です。ご主人と女将さんのお人柄も素敵で、楽しくお食事させていただきました。また伺いたいと思います。

こだわりの食材を使った和食は、どれもとてもおいしかったです。山形牛のA5証明書も見せて頂きました。お店のご主人・おかみさんも気さくな方で、アットホームな雰囲気も良かったです。また記念日に訪問したいと思います。

接待目的で、初めてお邪魔しました。ラッキーな事に、他のお客さんがおらず、貸し切り状態。広々とカウンターを使い、適度に入るシェフとの会話も粋でした。料理はコースでしたので月並みな八寸や碗物を想像していたのですが、普通なら工夫の難しい刺身も含め、全てにひねりの効いた調理がされていて、とにかく美味い！！今後は行きつけで行かせて頂きます！
