    Our Dining in the Dark blindfolded evening – taking place on Friday, December 6th in aid of our partner charity Guide Dogs UK – will give guests a completely unique dining experience. Choose between head chef Ollie's experimental four-course meat/fish-based set menu or veggie set menu Since 2022, the Hive Beach Company has been trying to raise £10,000 to help fund a guide dog for someone who needs it. We are now 86 per cent of the way towards that total and, hopefully, we can break through the finish line on the night! Arrivals are from 6:30pm with food being served from 7:00pm. Please specify when you book whether you would like the meat/fish-based menu or the veggie menu – along with any allergies you may have. Tickets are non-refundable

    Really impressed with the Watch House, booked about a month in advance however on the day we’re struggling together on time. After ringing the restaurant, they were more than happy to adapt our table. All surfers were really friendly from the moment we came through the door. Food was excellent. Will definitely be heading back again soon!

    Great location and restaurant but just a few things could improve. Pizzas amazing but all our food came out at different times so kids had their food at different times which was bit of a nuisance. It was the same for the Sundays which could hit even use the cooking excuse. But other than that. Fab good stuff great prices.

    An amazing experience, came for food before watching fireworks and when my anxious, autistic daughter became overwhelmed by the fireworks and panicked, did everything you could to make her feel safe and contained. Thank uou to all.of your staff for your help and support

    Lovely spot right on the beach, great staff, good food, tasty! Good value coffee with your breakfast! Made all the better by this gorgeous weather in late October! Had to ask for heaters be turned off as such a warm day!

    We were well looked after by all the staff, particularly Lily & Bailey but everyone was lovely. They accommodated a last minute time change due to First Bus changing a route & a reduction in guests attending due to illness. A quick call & it was sorted. We had the bottomless brunch & all was good. It was busy so we had an extn to our time which we were happy with. Will be coming again.

    A lovely restaurant right on the beach in the beautiful town of West Bay. The food menu was good and the food was excellent and it was good to see some local beers on the drinks menu. The staff were very helpful and attentive and would definitely recommend this restaurant for anyone in the area.

    Great place to visit. Difficult to find once there des[ite using satnav and satellite view. Poor signposting and building sign. One pavement board outside a toilet and building name too far out of sight from the approach road. Needs customer parking signs to have name included as lots of other places around so hard to decide. Good service, great fresh fish of the day. Travelled 2 hrs to eat there and well worth the trip.
