The Waterslide Bar is a fusion of old and modern, creating the pleasant impression of being somewhere familiar, yet new. It’s another of Melbourne’s typical best secret-bars; rather, it’s out there for everyone to enjoy and wanting to be enjoyed; bringing some sophisticated and delicious fun to the south side of the river. The Waterslide team, with its many years of experience has compiled unique beverage lists of the finest Whiskeys, Gins, Vodkas, Rums, Ciders, Cocktails and Craft beers.

With the stunning million-dollar views of the Yarra River and of the city skyline, Waterslide is the ideal venue for corporate functions, product launches, birthday parties, anniversaries, EOFY functions and of course Christmas parties. Our spaces offer great flexibility with spaces ideal for groups between 10 and 20. Contact us if you have 10 or more guests.

First time at Waterslide bar for a pre-theatre dinner/drink. Excellent spirits/whisky selection. We shared the antipasto for 2. Great selection of cheese, meant and nibbles and plenty of break/crackers which is often an issue with these sorts of boards. Only complaint is we found the music to be quite loud (maybe we are just old).

Love this place, we had about 20ppl at our event here and everyone had a great time. Food was amazing service and friendly staff. We will be back thank you

It's the staff here (and the pretty cool vibe) that make Waterslide a great venue for Friday drinks and a light meal. We caught up with friends and the waitstaff greeted and served us with a smile and a cheeky sense of humour. So great to see old fashioned friendly service alongside such a fun, vibey venue.

Even though I didn't attend in person, the feedback from the team was a great venue, great value and they were well looked after. The only issue was trying to find it as Google had the location as under the Arts Centre. Highly recommended.

We’d finished our delicious meal at La Camera & headed over Waterslide for some drinks. The bar is beautifully appointed & had a great atmosphere. We were outside on the deck with a lovely view of the city. Definitely recommend!

Waterslide did not disappoint, from the time we walked in to the moment we left, we were made to feel welcome and appreciated. The service was outstanding and the food and drinks amazing. Drinks and food came out quickly with a smile from wait staff and a bounty of knowledge. We will be sure to rebook on our return to Melbourne.

Third visit to Waterslide and it didn't disappoint. Was by myself and had a wonderful meal and enjoyed two superb cocktails. Staff were welcoming and attentive, provided great feedback on potential choices and also checked how everything was as I left. A fantastic place to go for a quick meal before theatre nearby! Thank you!
