   We had lunch at Waupoos Restaurant during Countylicious and enjoyed a delicious meal from the appetizer to the dessert. Our server was attentive and knowledgeable. Their white wine - White Rabbit - is a terrific table wine. We all bought a bottle of it from the wine shop. You can't beat the setting at this bright restaurant that overlooks the vineyards and the water. Beautiful! We've been many times before and it has always been a delightful experience.

   The dining room is beautiful and the view over the surrounding vineyards and the lake is spectacular. We ordered from the Countylicious menu. The salmon rilette appetizer was disappointing. The presentation was not appealing and the smoked salmon serving was sparse as were the beats. The gnocchi were delicious. The pickerel cakes were good and the portion size very pleasing but they were served lukewarm. The coffee was terrible—very weak. Our server was very pleasant and attentive.

   We stopped by the restaurant for the Countylicious event, and I have to say, the food was pretty amazing. The Highland Beef Bourguignon was particularly delicious. The Clafeld Apple Toffee Crisp was also a great choice.

   Thank you for the wonderful meal. Loved that it was table dhote. Everyone raved about the service and the meal. Thanks again. We will be going back to Wapoos again.

   Loved how much meat we had for our countyliscious dinners! Couldn't quite believe it. We took them home for dinner the next day. Excellent qualillty. BLT salad could've had one slice of pork and been ample. So glad to have tried out Waupoos. The wine was delicious!

    The acoustic in The restaurant did get a bit too loud. We had a hard time having a conversation. Food was great, always a surprise with what comes out of the kitchen…in a good way! Service was a bit slow, but it’s Countylicious, so understandable that it’s busy. We always enjoy the food and view.
