   My wife and I dine here for date nights here and there, and we have decided that we are going to make Well Hung our anniversary dinner each year going forward. We ate here for our 2nd anniversary last year and again for our 3rd tonight. We haven't had a meal that we have not enjoyed yet! The food is delicious! We tried the apple cobbler tonight, and it was divine! We can't wait to eat at Welll Hung again! Highly recommended!

   One server for the entire restaurant. We ordered our drinks and they came out without ice an hour and 15 minutes later. Portions were very small for dinner entrees. They need more staff. Would not recommend.

   Service was attentive and personable. Our only complaint was both plates of short rib came out nearly ice cold. The other two entrees brought to our table were hot.

   My husband ordered a maple whiskey sour and found it undrinkable. He also ordered the crab cakes and found them to be overly salted and suspiciously dark. The rice was ok. The shrimp scampi wasn’t bad. The viogner was pretty good.

   What a fun place! We've had the opportunity, to dine in their Gordonsville, VA location and wanted to check out, Roanoke. The food, drinks, service etc was absolutely amazing! Thank you for a wonderful lunch. We will definitely stop by again, when in town.

   It was so hard to hear anything tonight for dinner . Was one large group in the back but the restaurant was very loud . Couldn’t even hear our waiter when asking us anything . Food ok , one dish ( pasta ) came out just warm .

   We had the nicest waitress. The food was delicious. The drinks and food took a long time. We will definitely come back but will not make plans afterwards. This appears to be a place where most tables were hanging out for a long period of time.

    All the food was really good!! The wine prices were really high, especially for Virginia wine (which I mostly don’t care for). And no Prosecco on the menu. I think if the wine prices were lower, the crowds would be bigger.

    Scott: Thank you for letting us know your, opinion of your recent visit. While we're based in Virginia, majority of our wine is sourced from the West Coast. We apologize, as our server should have mentioned this, if you spoke with them, about your opinion of Virginia wine. Regarding our pricing, please know that our wine prices are low, when comparing to other restaurants downtown Roanoke. If comparing our prices to a vineyard only, their prices will always be lower due to less overhead, staffing, culinary etc. We're glad you enjoyed our culinary, and we're hoping to see you again.
