   Excellent steak. Had the bone in ribeye. Also had the wedge salad which was perfect. Cocktails were good and the ambience even better. Def better and closer than Cattlemans!!

   Good food and service. Plate came out a little cold and the restaurant was very cold inside. Maybe turn off the AC during winter. All good though

   I usually love coming here, but last night we went at around 9:40pm. I do have one comment as feedback for improvement, since I love this place: At around 10:20, I noticed the staff was already sweeping and putting the dishware, glassware, silverware away in preparation for closing. This made the ambience very noisy and not very comfortable. It is my understanding that their hours on Saturdays are through “11ish” (with the “ish” as posted on their sign by the entrance). I was very uncomfortable so we cut our experience short. We were planning on ordering more cocktails and dessert, but we left instead, due to the noise and cleaning activities. If the intention is to close right at 11pm, with everything ready, then it seems to be working. It’s just not what is understood from the “ish” on the entrance sign. Food was good as usual, and service too for the most part, with the exception of the host who did not bring me a purse-holder when I asked for one. I didn’t understand why since there were many available. Our sever made it right by bringing one.

   We tried the sirway store and it was so good. This experience the food didn’t seem seasoned.

   Service was extremely slow. Maybe they were short staffed but it took 15 minutes before our server came by to take our drink order. Drinks other than water took another 15 minutes. 2 minutes before steaks were brought out we were offered bread. Steaks came out reasonably quick but two of the four were over cooked, mine was supposed to be rare but was medium well and we didn’t see any point in sending them back. Once our first round of drinks ran out we were never offered a second round. They comped a desert for the slow service but I would have rather had better service and food food than a free slice of carrot cake. Lame.

   I made a reservation for a special occasion - an anniversary celebration. Noted on the reservation. They did nothing. No mention. They did not recognize the Special Occasion - that's disappointing. That is what separates good from Great. Ruth's Chris it is for now on.

   My first experience 3 weeks ago was amazing. No complaints with great service. Returned 2 weeks ago and the fried chicken was overcooked and the portion was very small. You would thought it was quail. They gave us free desert and chose bread pudding because that’s what I had before and it was great even with it sitting in melted ice cream (got it to go). This time it was the worst. Third visit my son and I went for lunch. We both got the Alejandro burger. It came out with one patty, should have two, that looked like a meatball slider on a huge bun. I returned mine but my son kept eating because he was hungry. But they didn’t adjust the price for half portion. Also I had onion rings for appetizer and the used the other portion of the onion ring. Inedible

   My Bone in Ribeye was dry, my sons ribeye were good. Way to loud, were unable to talk to each other without yelling. service was fair at best.

    We love to go eat to west Texas chophouse awesome food but for some reason the last 2 times the service hasn’t been as good as before , our drinks took like 15-20 min to arrive the bread they serve as a complement it took like 30 minutes to arrive we ask for some appetizer and same 30-40 minutes to arrive I ask for a sopa de tortilla and it came almost at the same time as the main dish we love this place as a family we celebrate some bdays food is great no question about that but yes service need to improve to much waiting for simple things don’t see any organization , a lot of servers waiting to get food , kithchen seems super behind , we couldn’t see any manager trying to guide the personal at the restaurant.
