We just enjoyed an excellent dinner at Westside Grill. First off, our server, David, truly made the experience first rate. David was professional, helpful, efficient, and friendly in a warm and welcoming way. We never felt rushed and our dishes we served at a comfortable pace. Our food was excellent - my husband's turkey orzo soup was fresh and flavorful, my salad was full of apples, oranges, dried berries, goat cheese. His salmon was delicious, my lobster roll was very good, but maybe could have used more chunks of lobster (it was mostly shredded lobster). Nonetheless, all very enjoyable. We will return!

We had a good time however the food needed just a little bit more to qualify for the prices that you pay. This isn’t a size thing. This is more just a value thing. Based on the cost, I would give this an overall grade of a B.

We both had the westside salad, Brussels sprouts and the shrimp and scallops with risotto. The salad was great…the Brussels were ok…but our entrees were not good. Risotto was fine but the scallops were embarrassing to serve and the shrimp were as if you took them off of a shrimp cocktail plate and put them on the dish! Both had no seasoning, the scallops tasted as they came right out of the freezer. Absolutely awful! Can’t believe they charged $36 for this dish.

This is a beautiful restaurant in the bottom floor of a hotel. Pros- the server was amazing. The food tasted good. Cons-it was LOUD, the steak was cooked incorrectly, random hotel guests just stroll through the dining room. Long story short, if I’m going to spend this much on a meal, I’m going to a better restaurant.

Food quality and value were not as stellar as the service. Could not substitute a vegetable with a menu entree, so selected a filet which came with "Chef's choice" - the same veggie we didn't want. Maybe it was a sign that we should not return...

We were really looking forward to experiencing this restaurant. The food was pretty good. The prime rib was great, the omelet bar was very good as well. There was a lot of variety. Service was great. The noise level was extreme, and it wasn’t full. It was also freezing and we were seated under a vent. There were other seats for two, but those were under a vent as well. Couldn’t wait to leave. Probably won’t go back.

Our food was very good. They had a nice menu of choices. Crab cakes were all jumbo lump and a generous portion. Paired with sweet potato fries, which I thought was a little odd, but good. Just a regular potato would have been better. The slaw was a little bland, needed more seasoning. The crab cakes were the star of the dish. Others ordered the salmon, shrimp and scallops risotto and linguine. Everyone was happy with their meal. Our server was friendly and attentive.

Hostess and waitress were very good. Son's onion soup excellent. Daughter-in-law's tower of chips was good. First time I ever tried Applewood Bacon. Fatty pieces were good but lean too chewy for me. My son liked it. Son and daughter-in-law's French Dip was excellent. My wife and I got the lobster roll. She thought it was very good. I've had better. I like my lobster a bit sweeter. Really only two complaints. Noise level is like a middle school cafeteria. My son and I were seated across the table from each other and practically had to yell. I only drink water and it was brought in a fancy container but only a bit cooler than room temperature. It was my fault that I didn't ask the waitress for ice. The other three liked their drinks. This was our first time. I thought it was a bit high priced. But we all will go back during dinner to try the Tomahawk steak for two.
