On both visits members of our party had to send steaks back to be refired. Everything about the service has been excellent. Many will say rare is the only way a steak should be ordered, but if I'm we're paying $65 a cut we just want it cooked to the temp ordered. I want to emphasize that all client facing staff are superb, the cocktails are exceptional, and the vibe is great. The meat quality is obviously great, and we want to give this establishment one more shot. Please cook the steak to the temperature First time at Whiskey Ridge and it was amazing. Our server was awesome. Made sure to check on us without interrupting us while we talked and ate. The vibe was good, relaxing and chill. We went for date night but also saw kids there. And the food was excellent! I got the chicken fried ribeye. And we shared the cobbler at the end. Would definitely recommend.

Whiskey Ridge has a beautiful outside patio and lots of great food choices. Service needs a little work but if you want a long lunch or dinner it is a good choice.

the wait staff sort of stood around talking to each other and paid little attention to the customers
the wagu NY strip we ordered to be medium was very Rare and did not look like a NY Strip;
the fish was good; the side order of corn and spinach was somewhat watery;
