It was kind of disorganized and it took forever for them to take our order, took forever to get the order and then the order was wrong. It was decorated cute. I may give it another try but not sure.

It was Valentine’s Day and due to Covid, we had to eat in our car. Not their fault. Service was excellent. Fries were cold, but it was 3 degrees out so I really can’t fault them. See you next year when I hope we can eat inside!

I would not recommend for Valentine’sDay. Over the past several years the experience went from being taken seriously to it not being a well themed at all. No music. Decorations were minimal. A crime show was on the tv. It used to be that there were decorations and balloons on the tables. Sometimes they would have real or fake flowers on the tables and send the kids home with one. The team members were super nice. They did a nice job from a service perspective. Don’t get me wrong. I don’t expect a fine dining experience, but if you are going to offer a Valentine’s Experience, don’t give it 50% effort. We were telling our friends how things used to be an what to expect, but I would not be comfortable recommending it for Valentine’s in particular.

We had a really great time! We love the castle! Our waitress was so sweet. I would have loved to leave a tip on my credit card but I couldn't. And I didnt have cash. She deserved it!!

Great service for valentines day. We had Wes as a server and he was great. Fun experiance. You can tell the servers are not servers for the other 364 days of the year but they still did great and we have no complaints

We have dined here on Valentine’s Day for the past several years. We have always had a nice experience. This was the first year using Open Table and I am wonderIng if this caused an overage of reservations. It was very loud. There were not enough staff for the amount of customers. There was a line of customers waiting the entire time we were there. Just chaotic. The food took a while to get and the fries were over cooked. Not the best experience overall this year. We will most likely give them another try, but they definitely were in over their head this year.
