   I am happy to give a 5-star review to White Dog Cafe-Wayne. My family, friends, and I have dined there regularly for more than 15 years. We love the ambience, service and the food! We have celebrated many birthdays and other special occasions at White Dog Cafe and we've had a great experience each and every time.

   I followed our server’s recommendation and ordered the halibut special. Not only did the portion appear to be half the size of a typical serving but it was dry and tasteless. I was so disappointed but hungry so I ate about half of it. My son and husband said their food was lukewarm and tasted like it had been sitting under the lights. I mentioned to the server that the fish was dry but got no response. We won’t be hurrying back for another dinner anytime soon.

   The ambience was better and improved over our last visit, as was the service and the quality of food. Everyone very much enjoyed their meals. The waitress was very friendly and excellent all around.

   I adore White Dog Cafe. The food and the service are consistently impeccable. Both last year and this year, part of our Thanksgiving dinner is coming from White Dog Cafe. I could not recommend it more highly!

   Great spot for a business lunch. Excellent selection of items, terrific service - and the atmosphere has energy but doesn’t overpower conversation. And an amazing burger.

   White Dog café in Wayne is the quintessential Main Line restaurant, with excellent service, classic and tastefully prepared food, and an ambiance that likely reflects the home of many of its patrons, especially dog lovers. Don’t look for adventure, unusual dining experiences, or anything but a placid yet comfortable experience. If that’s what you’re hoping for, this is the place to go.

   Not our typical White Dog Experience today.  We were a larger party and one of the later reservations on a Sunday. unfortunately, they were pretty much out of all bread items.No bread basket, no donuts, no multi-grain and no biscuits.  Very dissapointing when you are there for their Sunday brunch.

   Jason recommended the halibut special, and it turned out to be VERY special: delicately flavored pan-seared fillet atop cannellini beans and spinach, with a light carrot mousse. Favorite menu regulars continue unparallelled: Kennett Square mushroom soup, Sandy Ridge deviled eggs, and the bread basket, to mention just a few. Consistent perfection!
