   We have been coming here yearly to watch the Christmas ships. We make our reservations months in advance, and apparently this year they had a change where if you wanted to sit near the window to see the Christmas ships you apparently had to pay more money. This was never mentioned at all when I made my reservations. When the time came for the Christmas ships to come by, there was a crowd of people outside, and we were told several times ( and not very politely) that the people sitting by the windows paid extra money and we needed to move. Really tacky. We all paid money to eat there and see the Christmas ships and if they have a new policy, they should have it mentioned on their website. I just think it could’ve been handled much differently. We will not be back next year

   Overall good experience. However, I had reservations and waited for 20 minutes while people who came in after me and had reservations for a later time got seated before me. It seemed like the hostess completely forgot about my party.

   Who Song was a great place to take my mom for Thanksgiving. We opted for Mexican instead of the turkey dinner. The energy made it feel like a holiday!

   They accommodated our seating request and provided us a comfortable, not too noisy spot that ended up having a nice view of the river. The service was perfect, timed just right. The food was delicious and perfect as an alternative to traditional Thanksgiving fare.

   The flan was the best I’d ever had in my life, and I’m a flan lover. It was large, amply bathed caramel vanilla juice, and had the creamiest texture and mouthfeel. This was my first visit, but I will be going back and ordering flan with every meal.

   Staff was very good. Food (Frajitas) were excellent. The location by the river was very scenic.
