We are a small, family run restaurant since 2002 specialising in carefully sourced Aberdeen Angus beef from Scottish small highland farms, cooked simply but with flair and attention to detail.
Our emphasis is on high quality local ingredients and fresh produce from the best of local suppliers. Beef is selected, prepared and hung for us by Award wining "John Gilmour" of Macmerry master butchers since 1946. Fresh fish are delivered daily by Calum Sinclair and J.K Thompsons. West coast Mussels are delivered fresh daily by "Sea Mcgee". Our venison comes from wild Perthshire deer, lamb from the Scottish Borders. Artisan and farmhouse British cheeses are supplied by renowned Edinburgh cheesemonger, Iain Mellis and dairy produce from Fife Creamery. We take pride to cook everything fresh in our own kitchen daily.
We have outside seating arrangements for walk-Ins only.

    Wildfire has a good menu with an excellent choice of dishes, plus a choice of steaks. I chose the scallops to start and my wife chose the prawns. We both had a steak with fries to share. We also chose a very nice Australian Shiraz. All the food was expertly prepared and presented, and tasted delicious. Service was friendly and efficient, without being intrusive. I'd definitely recommend this place.

    Thank you for looking after my colleagues from Optimize on the 16th January. The service, food and price were fantastic. A few comments from them were that the meal was "spot on" - "one of the best steaks I have ever had" from a London based colleague. "couldn't fault it" They will defo come again. Thank you

    The food was excellent, the staff lovely and helpful without being overbearing. This was a 10 people group and they dealt very well with us. The whole party complemented us on the choice of venue.

    The best steak I had in a long time! We are really happy that we decided to celebrate our anniversary in here. The server are the best and we were seated next to the fireplace on a very cold and rainy night! Food and experience: 100/10
