Service, food and atmosphere were all fine. It is a great amenity for the Iron Blosam.

We had to wait 30 minutes to be sat even with a reservation. Weren’t allowed to order cocktails with dinner. Food took 1+ hour to be served, food was cold and desserts were all sold out on the menu. Also for parties of 8 or more they automatically add the tip to the bill, but don’t tell you. Fortunately our server was nice but for an expensive Italian restaurant it was a pretty bad experience

The lies and excuses were very strange. We arrived for our reservation and were told they didn’t have it. We looked over the hostess shoulder and saw our res. She then said we marked you as seated because the chef said we couldn’t seat you because they were too busy. Once a supervisor was involved we were seated and although slow (understandably due to labor shortages) our food was cold. As a side note they were happy to let us find a seat in the bar and order dinner (from the same menu/kitchen.)

After skiing, sat at the bar. Service was friendly and fast. Had one of the best rigatoni bolognese I’ve had in a long time.

Menu very limited and seating not comfortable . Food pretty average . Considering the captive clientele could do much better and more upscale . Decor pretty weak V

The music was very loud and not relaxing. Not what you need for a peaceful dinner. I asked the manager to turn it down and she did- but not very much. I asked again and she did not honor my request. Very disappointing that the staff puts there desires above the desires of their guests....
