   17 minutes before water was poured. The restaurant was not full Even at Valentine’s Day. Touted as a wine bar serving Arizona wines, they were out of the several varieties we tried to order. Asked for a decant for our bottle but that did not materialize. The cheese board was good, large for several. We split the Cesar salad, no cheese, no anchovy, with a lemon dressing. Portion was large. Strip steak was a touch underdone but flavorful. Asked for asparagus instead of fries, but again, ignored. After 2 hours we were kind of scooted out of the restaurant as they closed st 9. Asked for a cup of coffee and were told they had not brewed a pot, but they would make us 2 Americanos instead. That never materialized. Check was dropped off and hovered over with a minimum 20% tip. I guess she had a date. Disappointing.

   The location was lovely. The food hmmm; the flatbread was tasty and the chicken portion of our meal was tender and flavorful; however holy granoly the squash was beyond inedible being sooo spicy. After bringing it to the server’s attention we were told it had been marinated too long. He went to the kitchen and returned after 20 minutes with substitution offerings of broccoli or asparagus, way too late. The restaurant was completely empty except for us so there wasn’t an issue with the front or back of the house being overly busy.

   We oftentimes have guests and business associates visit us, here, in Sedona. The Willows is our first choice in showcasing Sedona's great food, ambiance and especially the warmth and friendliness of its servers. When we go for dinner, Gaby is always so accommodating and sensitive to our guest's needs. The friendly server during brunch (I'm sorry, I forgot his name) is always so happy and upbeat. This is why the ambiance is wonderful. As for the food, the lobster risotto is always a favorite. Thank you!

   This was a great meal for our local breakfast group, but the $5 coffee is almost a deal breaker.

   Prices reflect quality and portion sizes. Fairly quiet for a Friday night, which was nice. GM was walking around helping tables and greeting people. Server was friendly and able to navigate food allergies. Bartender, Tony, was welcoming and skilled at making cocktails. Would visit again when in the area.

   Very small menu ! We went on New Years Day for brunch at 11 am . No breakfast ! There were about 2 tables being served .

    Had to wait a long time for our reserved table. Service was kind of slow. Food was good. MUSHROOM SOUP WAS THE BEST WE'VE EVER TASTED. Server asked chef to come out and tell us about it. He was nice, informative. BEST MUSHROOM SOUP EVER!!
