   We love this wine bar situated in the heart of Disney Springs. But this has nothing to do with the Mouse and is serving up wonderful wine and food pairings! My husband claims this is the best steak frites anywhere-the steak is cooked perfectly to temperature ( medium rare is recommended) and the frites are well-seasoned and crispy. I usually order the Burrata for lunch-a medley of fresh tomatoes atop grilled sourdough covered by creamy burrata…what’s not to love?! Service is friendly and the waitstaff are very knowledgeable. This is a great opportunity to try something you rarely encounter. Georges is a real gem and a great place to adult at Disney.

   Food was great, service was great, wine selection was great, but the table not so great. Seated right behind the hostess counter in the corner of nowhere. Might as well have been thrown in the wine cellar to sip on my $40 glass of Ruinart. We have always been seated upstairs but told there wasn’t any tables available at 11am (looked pretty empty to me when going up to use the restroom). Maybe it was our toddler they saw? Oh well, we’ll still be back and hope for a better table.

   Absolutely loved our experience. Service and food were excellent. We sat upstairs on the balcony overlooking the springs. Just beautiful. Great time!!

   We celebrated Mother’s Day here. It was a great dinner and wine experience. Moderately energetic and loud atmosphere. The service was excellent, we had Zach. We tried several different wines, and had great discussions with Juan about each of them. I would highly recommend this restaurant to those wanting to experience pairings of wine with food. We thoroughly enjoyed the artisan cheeseboard with our wine as well. The skirt steak entrée was cooked perfectly. It was quite large, easily shared between three or four people.

   Server didn’t know anything about the wine menu to assist in selections. Macaroni bites are over rated. Artisanal Cheese was fantastic, but wish our server could actually recommend a wine to go with it. Good but not fantastic for the price, disappointed in service and knowledge of wine. I wasn’t wow’d which is disappointing as I’ve been looking forward to this one. Boathouse still I think the best restaurant at DS so far.

   Service from Chris was amazing!!!!!!! The steak fries with egg on the brunch menu was absolutely fantastic. Thank you for making my Mother’s Day so special ❤️we love wine bar George
