   Really disappointed, service was absolutely terrible, arrived for our booking (10 minute min early) and were told we’d have to wait at the bar, we then went to the bar but were told we’d couldn’t order a drink until we were seated at our table. The host then sat us at a table that had been free since we walked in the door despite telling us we had to wait at the bar. It then took 20 minutes for anyone to come near our table to take an order, and then a further 50 minutes for any food to be served to us. The food was far below the standard they boast themselves on, with not only some parts of the order not matching description, also some of food was cold and lacking flavour. Despite all this we said we wouldn’t complain but just ask for the bill to leave when the host essentially slammed the card machine down infront of us with a tip screen showing. We found this absolutely appalling as not once did we feel we received even standard service and were instead treated like an inconvenience for the staff. All members of the party are hospitality managers and have years of experience in the industry so we definitely cut people slack but this experience was the worst we’ve ever had. We will not be returning.

   It was my first time in Wishone it was recommended to me by my Daughter. It was a lovely restaurant. Very friendly staff and great food.

   Very rude service. Asked to leave before we were finished to accommodate a big party coming in. We had a 2 hour booking and this happened with 40 minutes remaining. I was having a lovely evening with my daughter and this was not a nice experience. Handled really bad by the staff and then the machine for payment is presented with the opening page being a suggested tipping system starting 12.5% . Not a hope guys. Food was average at best and the Rockshore beer was disgusting. I have drank that brand before and it’s grand but these were just bad pints. Really bad! Cocktails was the best part of the meal but they were ruined by the request to leave. Over rated KFC. Staff in KFC are nicer tho!!

   The food was great but the service was very poor. I had booked for a birthday and another member of the party called ahead of time to ask if they could sing happy birthday or anything which they didnt. we were asked if we wanted another round of drinks and about a minute after we ordered we were told we had 5 mins left at the table, i understand the table would be needed back but a 10-20 min warning should be given.

   Food was good. Cocktails were lovely. Staff were friendly. Only downside: music was exceptionally loud considering we were there at 4.30pm in the day- unfortunately could hardly hear my friends who I was with.

   The service is not good. The waitress are rude to my friends. Wrong orders also.

   They closed the kitchen and didn’t tell us and we were looking forward to dessert
