The atmosphere was perfect for my special occasion. It was private and intimate and allowed us to feel comfortable to mingle and talk in the midst of a pandemic. However, the service was very poor not from the Wivu staff but from the hotel staff. They were extremely slow with our orders and we did not eat until 30 min before the end of our reservation. It was no fault of the WiVu itself but there was lack of communication between the venue and the staff making getting water impossible. The WiVu staff were very accommodating and as helpful as they could be given the circumstances. When we finally did get our food it was good but it would have been even better if we were able to eat at the start of the reservation. Overall the venue itself is perfect for special occasions and Intimate gatherings. The music features and movie viewing is great but the service is something that has to be better to really get the great experience that they wish to provide.
