   The place is about ambience. The food is not good. Not generous portions and not fresh. There was not a salad fork for the $18 Cesar. The meat was that tenderized frozen meat you get from mail order. Same with the fish. Small portions.

   Got the dirty dog martini with the vanderpump vodka and had to send back because the vodka tasted so bad ordered the $80 steak and it was ok a little undercooked for medium rare…

   Food was fabulous. Atmosphere was beautiful. The restaurant was very cold and not sure it is like that all the time. But people were wearing jackets. Our server was just ok. We will be back but will ask them to slow the meal. Our meal came and we had to flag him down for a glass of wine which then took a while.

   The place is amazing! Just beautiful!! The craft cocktails are amazing!! Food is good, a bit on the pricey side but that’s a given with location. Service was almost too fast, might have wanted it to slow down a bit. Not something I usually say either. But we had before dinner drinks, salad, entrees, desert drinks and were out in less than an hour.

   Food and drinks were all so good. The servers were attentive, nice and made great suggestions. I would come here again.

    Host greeting was just okay. I was afraid to bother them as they were busy on devices. Initially, we were sat in the bar area. We asked to move and the gentleman graciously moved us to a more intimate table. Brian started off well with a nice intro and asked if we needed any assistance. I wouldn’t say the food was mind blowing, but it was all enjoyable. Minor criticisms- lobster had too much citrus. The salmon cooked perfectly, but not much seasoning. The Ragu was the hit,even though rigatoni was a tad over-cooked. I prefer a bit al dente. We mentioned it was a birthday, but it was not acknowledged. Would we go again? Probably not, or possibly just drinks and apps. Last bit, if you are a true old-fashioned connoisseur,you won’t like the blood orange.
