Service was outstanding throughout our meal and water was brought to us when seated. I had booked on the morning of our stay. 5* all round, however it would be better if the festive menu was still in place. Delicious food!

Fantastic food, drinks little slow in coming, especially the cocktail, which we appreciated being taken off the bill due to its lateness. Opened crackers mess left on the table for a long time. I actually stacked the mess on the starter plates after we had finished the starters. (not good) Maybe more training needed to the serving staff as we paid a lot of money for this family meal and the little things let yourselves down. On a plus side to finish, the food was delicious and we would definitely consider returning in the future.

We booked Wolff Grill for our wedding anniversary because we had eaten there before and enjoyed the special ambiance and food experience. The food did not have the same high class that we have had bwfore. Staff were pleasant and friendly but must all have been new. The Monfish scampi was bland, overcooked and disappoibtubg. The lamb pot was chewy and also lacked the extra touch we have seen before in Wolff. The staff did not clear the food plates from the table even when we ordered after dinner coffee. The room was beautifully decorated for Christmas and the Drawibg Room bar was relaxed and welcoming A mixed bag for sure. I woyld go back for drinks but wont be back for our bext anniversary dinner. Belfast has much better to offer.

Hotel was very nicely decorated, staff were friendly. Service was a bit slow, but we had lots of time, so it wasn’t really an issue. Some of the staff were quite inexperienced and didn’t really know, what they were doing. The food itself, was very nice, although the portion sizes, were very small. My biggest complaint was the room temperature. The restaurant was freezing!! I spoke to a very nice guy at the start, who very quickly switched off the air conditioning, but it soon reverted back to air con again,I gave up and wrapped my coat around me. I really don’t understand, why a restaurant would have air con blowing, on people who are sitting stationary, eating a meal, in the winter? It just ruined the entire experience.

After being told by the receptionist at check in the restaurant was fully booked we went onto the website and easily booked a table online There were plenty of empty tables when we arrived Service was very slow and the food was not great the fillet steak was extremely fatty and only one portion of potatoes arrived had to ask for the 2nd portion Very expensive for what we got. Will not be returning
