   Been here several times and it’s pertinent to acknowledge that this was Christmas. Where to start… An ordered glass of wine that never came Soup served with no spoon- waited ten mins before chasing down the absent waiter for a spoon for now cold soup. A $15 bottle of water came when we simply asked for water. A supposedly “wagyu” ribeye that had stringy rubber running through it that could literally not be cut with a knife. Mediocre taste although cooked perfect medium rare. 50 min for dinner to arrive- other entree was grouper that had obviously sat in the window until it was not even Luke warm Asked to have it remade which they did. So I was finished with dinner when hers finally arrived. Tasteless grains served with the grouper seemed to not even been seasoned with salt. Manager came and apologized for the cold remade dinner and said it would be removed from the bill- this didn’t happen. We just paid due to it being Christmas and not wanting to be Scrooge on Christmas. No excuse for this when you have food runners… We live this hotel adjacent to Wolfgang Puck’s and will definitely be back - hoping this experience is a one time wreck. An overall disappointment on several fronts.

   We had dinner with a group of 6. Everyone enjoyed their meals and drinks. Our server Michelle was outstanding.

   One would assume that on Christmas Day the service and staff would be a bit less than normal, but they were well staffed, great service and the food was as is always terrific. A wonderful experience and terrific food!!!

   We spent Christmas Day at Wolfgang Puck Kitchen + Bar and decided it’ll be our new tradition. We were a little unsure of eating in the bar but it ended up being the best table and service. Johnny was an incredible and attentive host, taking such great care of us. We couldn’t have had a better day, so thank you! Lots of yummy leftovers to look forward to tomorrow.

   Spacious, open, modern atmosphere. The tables are large enough to accommodate all your food and are well spaced so we didn't feel cramped. Our food was top notch and the prices were comensorite with the quality of the food. The kitchen is open to the dinning room so it's a bit noisy if you sit next to it but the dinning room is quite large so you can sit away from it if it bothers you. There is also a large outdoor dining area that looked nice and has heaters for cool weather. The fried calamari was tender as was my pork chop and my dining companion's steak. There is a large selection of desserts and the warm chocolate cake with coffee ice cream and cherry crumble with vanilla ice cream were great. The staff were all friendly including the server and the manager and others that helped run the food. As you can probably tell from my review, I highly recommend this restaurant.

   Ordered the Filet which was served perfectly medium & very tender…delicious! The salad was great & the cheesecake was wonderful!!! Highly recommend Wolfgang Puck for terrific service, great atmosphere & perfectly prepared food. The staff is amazing from being greeted at the door to amazing table service from Yndira R. to Manager Boris checking to make sure our experience was perfect!

   It was my first time at Wolfgang Pucks, and overall it was a good experience. However, there were some things to be improved. I asked the waitress specifically if rare for a steak order was a cold center, and medium rare was a red center--she said yes--so I ordered my filet that way. Unfortunately, it arrived overdone with a pink center. My husband's Delmonico steak was rarer than mine, and he ordered medium. I enjoyed the Tuscan potatoes, but I was charged more than the price on the menu. I had my in-laws with me, who I invited for the dinner, so I didn't want to make a scene--I just paid the bill. My husband also suggested having salt and pepper on the table since it took 10 minutes just to get someone's attention to get black pepper for his Caesar salad.

   Every thing was delicious. The bread appetizer, each of our meals, the dessert, the wine, the espresso martini….Evan was a wonderful waiter. It was a truly enjoyable meal.

   We dined here on Dec 25. Our waitperson was exceptional. The menu was varied and what we ordered was delicious. It was noisy, but it was Christmas! The reason for 3 stars, and not 5 stars, was the pre-visit confirmation call I received from the restaurant. I have booked on Open Table for many years. I have always shown up for the reservations I made. The restaurant DEMANDED a credit card number to secure my place. I explained to Nicole why I was hesitant to give out my credit card info as I had done so at a different restaurant and my credit card was fraudulently used to buy $400 of liquor. I told her I always showed up and very reluctantly gave her my credit card number. The only reason I did so was because we were traveling and it was the only restaurant open on Christmas. Other than that, ours was a very positive and enjoyable experience.
