"Makiyaki steak AJIKURA" is the Spanish-Italian restaurant produced by the Italian restaurant "AJIKURA" located in Onancho, Tottori prefecture know as " the city of A-rank gourmet". We serve fresh ingredients from local Hiroshima and Tottori by dynamically grilling those over firewoods. Please enjoy our specialities including pasta dishes, tapas and small-plate dishes and thick-sliced Makiyaki (firewood grill) steak.

食前に出てくるグリーンスムージーがなんとも濃厚で，野菜と果物の自然の甘さぎゅっとつまっている感じがしてとってもおいしいです。さらに次に出てくるサラダがボリューミーで，グリーンのダブルパンチです。少しパンチの効いたハーブと，それにマッチしたドレッシングで最高に幸せな気持ちになれます。ここまでで，すでに満足感，満腹感がでるくらいです。私は手ごねハンバーグのファンなのでそればっかりリピートしています。肉汁のつまったハンバーグはソースなしでも素材の旨みで十分楽しめるのですが，添えられているタマネギソースがまた，秀逸です。ソースをつけてハンバーグを食べるとご飯が無限に食べられそうです。食後のコーヒー・紅茶もセルフでついてきます。各席テーブル下にコンセント口があるので，いざというときにとっても助かります。お店の方の対応が気持ちよく，臨機応変にリクエストに応えてくださるので，また行きたくなります。よく1人でランチもします。落ち着ける空間で，午後からまた仕事頑張ろうと思えます。夜も何度か利用しています。ビルの周りライトアップも雰囲気を醸し出して，昼よりもさらに素敵な空間になります。イベントの貸し切りなどにも最適です。

以前行ったときに美味しかったので、友人を連れて行きましたが「残念」の一言です。駐車券を差し出すと、「団体客には駐車場のサービスをしていない。。　」の冷たい一言。それがすてべです。９名のうち２名の駐車場がどうしてサービスできないのか？前回は５名行って、２名駐車場のサービスがありました。この違いは、私たちがバカにされたとしか思っていません。（ひょっとしたら前回サービスが良かっただけかもしれませんが、あまりにも冷たい一言でした。）残念です。帰りは全員でこの話題で持ちきりでした。仲間内では「人をみてサービスを選ぶようだったらもうないね。むしろ９名になったらサービスが増えてもいいくらいなのに。。」と残念な意見だけでした。おいしかったですが、それがすべてです。

今回は個室を利用させて頂きました。子供の利用も歓迎のようで、ベビーベットが用意されていたり、トイレにオムツ交換台があったりと安心して利用する事が出来ました。料理は季節感を感じさせる野菜が豊富に使われていて、肉料理だけではなく満足でした。薪の香りがついたジューシーなステーキは、今まで食べたことのない風味で皆満足していました！ドリンクがもう少しリーズナブルだと更に良いと思いました。また利用させて頂きます！

誕生日イベントでコースを利用したがランチデザートとお店が用意したBirtydayデザートが同じで創意も工夫も無かったのが残念

友人との打合せを兼ねて、昼食しました。お客さまが次々と来られる中、一つ一つのテーブルで、そのテーブルでのお客さまとのコミュニケーションも大切にしてサービス頂くことが嬉しかったです。　島根産食材の料理も美味しくいただきました、ご馳走さまでした。

値段の割には店内がカジュアルでファミレスの様な感じでした。ステーキなのでワインがないと物足りないですね。以前のレガーレの方が雰囲気もお料理も良く思えました。

薪焼きステーキは炭の香りが漂うワイルド感が良い。低価格で味も良いがランチ向きのオープンスペースで、夕食時にはプライベートが保てる配置があると良い。
