Absolutely amazing experience. Our waiter (Gatsby) was awesome. We had the Beef Wellington, and it was amazing. We highly recommend this spot for any reason you can find, hahaha.

I went here for my birthday. Dinner with my partner. Food was great. Service was excellent. Had a slight hiccup with one of our steaks, but the chef and the manager came out made it all well fixed everything up for us and even gave us free dessert. I think the food is good, but the overall price value is very expensive. Wouldn’t dine here all the time maybe like once or twice a year.

My mother and I had reservations at 4:30 and we arrived at 4:40 just to have to stand off to the side for an additional 10 minutes waiting to be seated in an empty restaurant. It seemed their servers hadn’t arrived or something because a few staff came in as we waited with many other groups with reservations. Once we were seated however, our server was so energetic and kind. I had 24 oysters which was kindly done for me even though they typically only do 6 at a time. Our drinks were just right and my mother really enjoyed the chicken entree! Desserts were so tasty and we were checked on just the right amount. Definitely will return again soon!

This place was good !! We had a 9:45 reservation and were seated right on time. Our server Ethan was extremely knowledgeable about the menu and suggest certain drinks and food that were 10/10. I got the spaghetti vegetarian option and my boyfriend got the salmon . Both entrees were spectacular and extremely flavorful. We also got dessert which was 10000/10. This was our first time in PHX and we will definitely be back at Wren and Wolf.

Celebrated birthday which happened to be Friday night and the Suns were playing at home so unsurprising it was very busy. We had a 6:45 reservation and were seated promptly in a nice private booth. The restaurant is loud, dark, and busy aesthetically as well. Waitress was pleasant and took our drink order immediately. We had a question about the menu but she decided to take our food order then too, and it didn’t occur to us that the pacing of our dinner would be affected. By 6:50 our bread service came out. Quicker than expected but it was very good. But less than 5 minutes later our main course arrived. It wasn’t even 7 yet, we hadn’t been sat even 15 minutes, we were barely starting on the bread, and my drink hadn’t even came yet. It felt super rushed. Was expecting a well paced fine DINING experience, not fast food drive through pacing. Even In n Out takes longer! Several minutes later waitress came to check on us and we mentioned we were nowhere near ready for our main course n also my drink of all things still hadn’t arrived. She took our plates back to the kitchen to put under warmers. Maybe 10 minutes later my Manhattan arrived, and it really was very good. When we were ready for the main course our plates were brought out again, but as expected it tasted like they had been sitting out for a while and were barely warm. We both had ribeye. It was cooked properly and tasted fine although probably would have been better a little warmer. The mashed potatoes were just okay. That night/morning we both had pretty bad digestion issues. Can’t say it was the dinner for sure but it is definitely possible. I’m not sure the meat was handled properly just sitting under a warmer like that. So all in all that was our experience. Would have preferred something better for a special birthday celebration but now we know this probably isn’t a place for us to go again. I don’t think we’ll give it another chance. But I also don’t think our experience was typical.

We started off with the cheesy bread that was described as having olives and artichoke hearts on it. There was one olive cut in half and a few artichoke leaves, not what we expected. Meatballs were dry and tough, even though they had a mountain of cheese and marinara on top of them. My scallops were undercooked and the corn foam was refrigerator cold. My guests duck was raw in the center and had to be returned to the kitchen. It took a long time for that duck to come back to the table! The service was good. The drinks were good. I loved the look of the restaurant. But the food was very disappointing!

No one talks about the happy hour from 3-5 here! They surprisingly had excellent deals on all of their specialty cocktails and a few food items, all of which were delicious. The vibes here are so unique and moody in the best ways possible
