Not traditional Bao, the fried rice lacks flavor, coconut bread pudding needs to be creamier. The place seems to be over hyped.

We sat at the bar—beautiful ambiance. Great drink offerings and the Bao was both cute AND delicious. Reasonably priced glassware available to buy, which is fun for collectors

WuSong - The food was good, although the pupu platter is overpriced. The service was great! I received an email regarding my reservation before I arrived, which I thought was very considerate. My request was read by a human being, and an alternative was considered and provided. We had the pupu platter, maple dumplings (off the chain!), Korean chicken wings (very spicy), sliders (loved them), and baby bok choy (I don’t want bok choy any other way now). The items on the pupu platter were very tasty. I loved the corn ravioli thing (sorry, I don’t remember the name, but they were delicious), the scallion pancake quesadilla was different but good (I think I prefer a classic scallion pancake personally), and they also had a scallion roll, but we missed it. I hope they’ll bring it back as I’d love to try it. The spring rolls were good (classic, nothing out of the box but still good), and the pork dumplings were also really good. There was beef teriyaki that I didn’t get a chance to try because I was so full, but the rest of the table said the teriyaki was delicious. There was shrimp, but I am allergic so I didn’t get to try it. All in all, a very good culinary experience, with a friendly atmosphere and definitely quality customer service. A repeat for sure.

OMG! Wusong Road was so authentic and the food was amazing! We got the bao buns, pupu platter, and summer rolls and honestly was the best meal we’ve had in Boston! The ambiance tops it off!

Absolutely incredible experience. The Katsu Chicken Bao buns were the highlight of our meal, but the Night Market tots, sweet chili Brussels sprouts and Coconut spareribs were also outrageously delicious. I think the Aloha sliders had a lot of potential, but the burger to spam ratio should’ve been a little closer- you couldn’t taste the spam at all. I also think the carmelized pineapple should’ve been a ring rather than tidbits- they also got a little lost. But the proportions were pretty generous and came out quickly. The modern tiki cocktails were creative and delicious, and the tiki mugs were so fun. My favorite was the Ohana Oshira- it was so well balanced, not too sweet or too boozy or too sour. I loved the atmosphere and aesthetic- it felt like we were in the jungle but it was classy and tasteful, not at all tacky. It was just an incredible experience and we can’t wait to come back!

This is my 5th time here. The food as always good and delicious. Unfortunately this time not sure if it was understaffed and the server missed a few of our request. This place is still very unique and I will continue to go back.
