   We had a horrible experience on Valentine’s Day at another restaurant. This was out do over. Everything was awesome as usual. We ate outside and the oysters were killer. Service was top notch. Always return.

   We had to keep asking for our water to get refilled got there at 6:15 & our food never come out till a hour half later bad experience since the 1st time I went…

   I never write comments but I am extremely dissatisfied with our experience. Slow service and very slow to receive food. First order, Filet Mignon “Medium” received “Rare”. Second order, Filet Mignon “Medium Well”, received “Medium Rare”. They shouldn’t get the temperature wrong when they are charging almost double the average price. Host did not inform us that soft drinks were not refillable, until we received the bill, $40 later…just for soda… Made 40 minute mistake by ordering dessert. Did I mention how slow they are? We will never go back.

   The food was excellent but the service was terrible! Slow service , had to wait for water, beverages and when offered bread they forgot! Refills on beverages and wine was only obtained after flagging down the hostess who ended up arriving us. No communication with front of house staff and bartender! The lamb, prime rib and sides were excellent. The wedge salad was “ok” - the only menu item that was just ok. For the pricing I would have to think about other choices in town and we thought about it when making the reservation but wanted to give this restaurant a try. Here’s why - no apologies and no attempt to make the service better!

   It was a good experience waiter and waitress were great bread was great and the lamb chops were decent not the best I have had. The seats outside actually had a great ambience

   700 reservations: order food and drinks immediately after seating 30 mins later drinks come out 90mins steaks come out cooked incorrectly. Was told it would be a bit longer. We decided to leave after because the service staff was abysmal management staff can contact me if they feel this isn't a fair review

   Slow service. Pupus-nothing special. Ceviche was good but the won ton chips that came with it was oily. All I tasted was the oil. Server said it was probably old. Why give old chip’s especially at that price! Rainbow salad- nothing special. Bone marrow, could have cooked it longer, came with a couple of measly dry crostinis. Ribeye was chewy and had no flavor. Had to ask for salt. Lamb was good, not exceptional. Expensive for the mediocre service and quality of food.

   Really enjoyed celebrating my friend's birthday here! We enjoyed everything--the drinks, bone marrow appetizer, salad, sides, and the lamb chops, and salmon. Our friend was given a panna cotta dessert and the in-house entertainment sang happy birthday to her. We did not feel rushed and got to catch up with each other.

    Service was good; everyone was friendly and attentive. Food was mostly good except my Tomahawk which was disappointing and not prepared to temperature. I ordered it medium; half was almost well and other parts were raw. The prime rib was outstanding and the large filet was tender and flavorful. Would order those again. Cocktails were tasty, pretty and creative but didn’t leave much of any buzz. Sides were fine. Portions were smallish but they warned us in advance so we shared four.
