   Upon arriving we received a warm welcome from the staff and taken to our table. The restaurant was vibrant and had a really good atmosphere. The staff were very helpful with recommendations and the service was very quick. Food was outstanding, some of the best by far. Look forward to coming back to try more dishes on their menu, would highly recommend to visit this amazing restaurant.

   I love it here! I'm a regular customer, and I have never had bad food or poor service. Everyone is always exceptionally polite and attentive, and the food arrives quickly. I love the variety, you can go for something new a lot of the time and they have different drink and dessert specials. My favourites are the flamed Nigiri and chicken cha han, always delicious. They also have a loyalty stamp card, so every 3rd time you go you can claim a free dish and eventually get 50% off your bill, which I think it another great incentive to visit.

    My favourite restaurant in Cardiff Bay, Mermaid Quay. Dined here many times and always had great food, great service and great ambiance. I love the fact that people from many different cultures enjoy the same experience. A welcoming and inclusive venue.
