   We were a bit hesitant about going to Yardbird for the high prices for chicken and waffles. However the price was worth it. The food was phenomenal and the portions so generous we shared one dish between 3 of us with some apps and a salad. Try the Green Goddess salad, crispy Brussel sprouts, and definitely chicken and waffles. I’m GF and they have a GF version which was delicious and a nice treat. The interior is gorgeous. It was a great date night!

   The food was great, however we waited almost 2 hours for our meal, I wish I could say I was exaggerating but that is the truth. I don’t normally pick my spots by the reviews, but as we sat there waiting, our whole table started researching the place and all the reviews talked about loooong wait times, I am now one of those people to express the wait time was ridiculous. I won’t be going back, the food wasn’t that good.

   The food is fantastic! The drinks are super fun and the service is amazing. It's pricy, but a perfect date night!

   I love Yardbird in Dallas, but the Denver location leaves a lot to be desired. The last two times I've been here at the service has been terribleeeee. It takes forever to get a server and definitely don't expect to get your drinks refilled. Both times we were also missing several items from our order. The food was also very underwhelming. Not sure what the issue is, but I don't know that I'll be back.

   I say at the bat and was severed by two people that were amazing! Thank you Mario and Gigi( I know the name is wrong and I’m so sorry for that, but I wrote it down on a piece of paper that I don’t have with me).

   My wife and I enjoyed our time at Yard Bird. The service was excellent. Our waiter, Brian, was welcoming, kind, and courteous. He was knowledgeable of the menu and the local traditions which drove the menu items. He provided prompt service. Our food was delicious. My wife had the St. Louis ribs and I had Llewellyn's Fine Fried Chicken. We chose the mashed potatoes for our side. The meal was well prepared and delicious. The ribs were tender with a hickory/oak smokey flavor to them. The chicken skin was crispy and flavorful and the inside was tender and juicy. The honey hot sauce added a hint of sweet heat to the chicken.

   The ambiance and service were really the only good things. Mario at the bar was very attentive and personable but unfortunately the food was not good compared to how much everything cost.

    The original Yardbird in Miami Beach was a favorite. The restaurant in Denver does not disappoint. The food is great and our server was attentive without being intrusive. Will definitely come back!
