   Yellow Dog is our favorite restaurant for special occasions. We are very seldom disappointed. Tonight we were celebrating the birthdays of our 7 year old granddaughter and her mother. Our server, Flavia, was pitch perfect in every facet of service. She made our overall experience pretty close to perfect. The food was generally excellent, and Flavia lovingly accommodated the needs of our picky granddaughter. The desserts (a creme brûlée, a bread pudding, and a coconut ice) were a crowning hit of the meal. The onion crusted chicken and the Carolina redfish entrees were delicious as were our salads an appetizer. The only disappointment was the scallops entree. It contained only three scallops for $59.00, and they were, according to the person who ordered them, dry and tough. That was the only hiccup in an otherwise close to perfect dining experience.

   The food at Yellow Dog Cafe is excellent, as is the service and the view. I can’t think of one negative about this restaurant and would highly recommend it!

   Fabulous food, sat by a window overlooking the river. Jordan, our waitress, was wonderful and took excellent care of us. Each of us ordered a different dish and all were amazing. Caesar salad was yum, the spinach salad fabulous. We had filet perfectly cooked, salmon, chicken dish and scallops. We had cappuccino and one dessert. Can’t wait to return❤️

    Had an amazing lunch and enjoyed the beautiful view from the deck. Food was great as usual and drinks too. Waitress was super efficient and friendly. Restaurant has a yummy lunch special.
