   Unfortunately we had a pretty bad experience here on a Saturday night. The place was full, but mostly with large parties (12-14 people) which I think was the problem. They were severely understaffed from the moment we walked in. The host at the stand was completely overwhelmed and people were pouring out to the street. Once we finally got seated loud waiter came up and greeted us and took our drink order. Drinks came fast and we ordered an app and our entree. That was the last time we saw our waiter for well over an hour. It took 30 min to get our appand then of course 5 min later our entree came out. No one checked on us once for probably 45 min later. No drinks, no water refill, no how is your meal. We finally had to start stacking dishes to have someone anyone notice us. Unfortunately we won’t be returning for a while. Too many parties and too little staff.

   This was the first time I dined at their new location and the food as well the service was still as good as I remembered and it's only 4 blocks from my office and I will be back for lunch or dinner in the next week or two...

   We had a date night before a show at Zia’s. The food was tasty (as always) and we had an excellent server. The wine list was robust but wished they had a few more options in the $40-$50/bottle range. All in all five stars and love the vibe.

   The food at Zia’s never disappoints…the Fall salad with shrimp was delicious, the Pollo Ripieno is an all time favorite! Along with the Veal Caluzza and Pasta Bolognese! Love the atmosphere, it’s lively & fun and our sever Kristin was great!

    Great food good service. Way too crowded they had a wedding there. I understand it’s a business Zia’s is in business to make money. Overall great place.
