Zingari was one of the best dining experiences my family and I had lately. We were greeted by the owner,whom offered us a nice table in their “ Venetian room”after giving us a little tour of this beautiful restaurant which has 3 characteristically different dining parlors. Our service team was friendly and very professional.My daughter wanted to have fettuccine Alfredo with chicken which is not on their menu but they made it for her and it was one of the best she ever had! My wife and I started off with a couple of their specialty cocktails,Negroni and classical spritz. Couldn’t go wrong with my “ big ice cube” Negroni.My wife said it was one of the best aperol spritz she had in San Francisco. We ordered the beef and the octopus carpaccio appetizers.Both were exceptionally good. Our main courses,Filet mignon and Rigatoni with herbed ground mild Italian sausage were just done to perfection and simply delicious. Finished off with their “ chocolate mood” which I almost ordered another one but went with the tiramisu instead.Both desserts were superb. We will definitely come back and recommend visiting Zingari.

True Italian cuisine on this menu. Mix between classic and innovative dishes like the beef carpaccio with avocado and filet mignon with gorgonzola gnocchi. Price value is just right for the food, service, and ambiance. Ask to sit in the wine cellar for a nice group dinner, like we did with our executive team. It was last minute dinner and super special.

En general, el costo no representa el valor. El servicio de la mesera fue bueno y la comida no mala. Sin embargo, fue un servicio extremadamente lento, no tenían la comida que ofrecían del menú, y los costos por la noche de año nuevo no eran claros (Los 50 USDS por persona por la música no era claro, cobraban 20% de servicio sobre esa cantidad y no era opcional, ni de un valor de 50 dólares por persona). Más caro del valor de lo que fue.

New Year's Eve was falsely advertised. There was no jazz music after dinner for everyone. Just the later reservations. The food was just mediocre. Not one course was better than average.
