The value for the amount of food we received was worth every dollar. $200pp for 20 dishes that tasted great with great vibes all round.

Before I go to this fine dining I was kinda expecting just a okay experience, but man the surprise! The menu is cleverly well designed to serve from hot food to sushi, with a desert as transition in the middle, ending with fruits and warm tea, a genuinely comfortable finishing. Chef’s attention to details was on point, not only in his preparation of the meal, but also the display of the food. He made sure his food is not only satisfy you in their taste, but also the presentation. I have been to many Michelin restaurants before and I believe Zushi Surry Hill should sit in the 2-Star range, given its quality of food, services, and pricing. Totally worth the price, and will definitely recommend to others if you are looking for Japanese fine dining in Sydney.

Chef Han made sure my parents were well taken care of for their birthday treat. He knows his clientele by his thoughtfully prepared dishes that combine taste, texture and visual elements making each one an appreciated creation. Highly recommended.

Chef Han is excellent, friendly and polite. Most of the waitress is friendly and polite, only one particular waitress is a but rude. The downstair is a but noisy.

During my visit, I had the Omakase and the service was great. The food was delicious and I enjoyed watching the chef prepare it. Highly recommend and I will definitely return for the other dishes.
