   La demora fue de 2 horas haciendo reservación de 8 pm, nos atendieron a las 9:45 pm y fuera de eso, había gente que llegaba después de nosotros y a ellos le conseguían mesa, ósea tenían prioridad eso no es justo, yo estaba con mi esposa y mi hija de 4 años, estuvimos de pie casi 2 horas mi hija estaba agotada ya se quería ir para la casa, las niñas que estaban en la entrada no saben dar manejo a las personas, MAL SERVICIO NO RE COMIENDO

   Usually when I come here it’s a pleasant experience but on Valentine’s Day it was my worst nightmare. I was stuck between wanting to leave and going to McDonald’s or enduring the pain since I was there already. I made reservations for 7:30 pm. I checked in and noticed about 15 different couples there and some stated they had 7:30 reservations as well. I wait an extra hour to be sat down. Food came out every 15-30 minutes. No apologies what so ever from server or manager. I witnessed first hand people get their meals fully taken care of but not once did a manager say sorry or we will take care of that l. I am extremely dissatisfied with the service and the customer service of this establishment. I even heard the waiter tell her group “don’t tell anyone we hooked you up because then everyone will be mad. Also when we were sat down outside the tables weren’t even properly cleaned

   Reservation was for 7:30pm. Didn’t get sat until 8:30pm. Placed order at 8:40pm. By 9:20pm food still hadn’t come out. We left without eating and went to In-N-Out instead. Waste of a Valentine’s reservation. Awful service with no apologies.

   Went here for Valentines Day Dinner. The price was amazing and our server was amazing as well. We knew it was going to be busy and that the kitchen was going to be really busy because of the Special Valentines Dinner offer. So we were glad that we ordered from the sushi bar until the food came in. The whole experience was great and the food was great too. Would I want to do valentines again here, yes.

   Made my reservation High-top seating for 2 on Friday, February 14, 2025 at 6:45 pm, got there on time, when got to the host, she said that we have to wait 30mins to 1 hour, but if we wanted to seat outside that will be right away. So what is the purpose of making a reservation if you still have to wait 30mins to 1 hour, does NOT make sense, at other restaurants if your table is not ready the normal time to wait is 10-15 mins but not an hour. Well, we got an outdoor table, order 2 beers, 2 appetizers and 2 rolls to start, beers came at a reasonable time, other parties were seating around after we ordered 15-20 minutes , others were getting their food, we got nothing, so finally 1 roll came in, but not the appetizers, I ordered a Hibachi plate as well, we ordered another beer, it came in but no more food, so where are the appetizers and the 2nd roll, nothing, I asked the waitress and gave me the San Valentine's Busy excuse that I really made me upset, that is call POOR Management, knowing that you will be busy you get more people to work in the kitchen and everywhere to have happy customers. I told the waitress to call the Manager to let him know we were leaving, never came so... We left cause the appetizers never came, the 2nd roll got to someone else...we think. Really, Really BUT F>{#ing experience... I'll be going back tomorrow 2/16/25 to pay my bill.

   Our dinner was good we had reservations and had to wait about 15 minutes. They were very busy as it was valentines day. It was a tad bit loud in there for my taste. Also dishes were left on our table well over the time we finshed eating. However the MOST concerning thing for me was when I paid the bill the waitress literally stood over me watching me while I input her tip. I was talking to my daughter and she bothered me 2 times to "fill out the receipt "I find that to be rude and inappropriate. I waited tables for over 10 years, that's simply not acceptable.

   With reservations, it was overbooked, even drinks took 30 minutes to receive. The wait after reservation was about a half hour to 45 minutes.

   Chose this place because of the value of food you get and the platters of sushi you can order. Upon looking at the menu they had removed a lot of items and even the platters of food you can get. Definitely would not have chosen to eat here on Valentine’s Day if I knew they were going to limit the menu. The service was amazing like always though

    I love it 🥰 great food and RA gave me $20 certificate for my 1/2 year birthday. What I treat! I will come back! Such a good deal + sweet 😋
