   We celebrated my daughter’s birthday and the food was good, we had a nice area in the back and it wasn’t too noisy. however, our service was horrible. The waitress not only was not attentive, but had a bad attitude. She never came back to Phil Waters. We had to ask for the wasabi and ginger. She was extremely unattended and had a chip on her shoulder for no reason. The restaurant needs a major remodel. I asked to dim the lights because it was so bright in the room and we could not dim them. Too good things were the food was good not great but good and it came out timely.

   I had heard that this place was pretty good but the service was not great and the food was average at best for a premium price. May be worth it for Happy Hour but I was not impressed for full price.

   Waiter barely came by to check on us. The sushi was fishy tasting.

   The service was excellent. The food was very good and we ordered a wide variety of options among the 6 of us.

   Sushi is very mediocre. Ordered a fried rice and it was flavorless. It looks like someone quickly mixed some rice with some chicken and threw soy sauce over for color. It did not have the wok or grill fried taste, and look. Service is very subpar. We had empty plates and the paper trash from the chopstick and straws in front of us the entire meal.

   Ra Sushi is a fun place to go. The menu has a nice variety, including sushi, sashimi, ramen, hibachi as well as some nice cocktails. I tried the Saki flight with a sushi entree, CHI”RA”SHI. Very tasty. Mondays are all day happy hour.

    Have been here numerous times and always happy with experience. This time went on a Sunday for birthday reward. Didn't realize it was only redeemable Mon-Thurs, but manager gave us a even nicer discount anyway & said keep the reward & use it before it expires !! excellent customer service!! Food was delicious: had shareable noodles and rice dishes & started with spring rolls. All excellent. Service was attentive but not over bearing, used plates are cleared right away and server was helpful with questions. Will definitely be back & not just to use up reward. Highly recommend.
