Rails Steakhouse is a modern American steakhouse offering carefully selected USDA Prime and CAB corn-fed beef, dry-aged a minimum of 28 days on-premise & hand-cut daily. We offer modern and contemporary dishes, including sustainable fresh seafood, homemade desserts, and an award-winning wine list recognized by Wine Spectator.

Attention to detail can be seen in this beautiful 20,000 sq. ft., restaurant where sprawling timber meets natural stonewalls, accents of glass showcase fire-and-water features in this luxe lodge. While all levels feature the same menu, the main dining room has a more sophisticated ambiance and Rafters on the second floor has a more casual lodge appeal. Descend to the lower level to find the secret passage that takes you to the wine cave, and Thirty 3, a speakeasy-style bar and lounge. Dine al fresco on our outdoor terraces offering spectacular views of the Pyramid Mountains. Most importantly, we want you to feel at home where our hospitality is second to none.

After driving an hour to meet friends we checked in one HOUR early (7) before our reservation to enjoy time with our party of 4. Our reservation was for 8:15 PM. Enjoyed mocktails, wine, and appetizers at the main bar. 8:00 we went to the desk and they said they’d check on our table. I reminded them we were at the main bar. Back 15 minutes later to the desk and was told they were still checking on a table in the Speakeasy. But we could go downstairs to wait. It was after 8:30 that we finally got seated. Service was pleasant but slow. Didn’t love the sea bass dish small portion. Steaks were good. Manager gave dessert on the house due to the wait. Which wait? Dinner took 2.5 hours and disappointed to be seated by the bathroom at an awkward table with wavy couch. A good night with friends but annoyed with the amount of $$$ spent on a place that didn’t deliver as we’d expected.

Disappointed in the service, despite having a reservation and arriving 20 minutes prior to the reservation we had to wait and actually got seated at a table after our actual reservation time. What was the point of making a reservation if we still had to wait, while others arriving after us where being seated right away? The customer service in this place was mediocre for the price. Would not be returning.

This was a special occasion and the staff was excellent. I needed to make changes to my reservation and all changes were carried out to my satisfaction. Good was amazing with a very nice wine list. Everything was perfect

Excellent menu with good choices and nice additions to the steak selection on regular menu. Nice ambiance and good service but will say that while the steaks are quite good, in my opinion not the best steak for the money in NJ. Great desserts.

Rails Steakhouse continues to impress! This was our fifth visit, and it never disappoints. The octopus appetizer was absolutely legit – perfectly cooked and full of flavor. The Rib Eye steak was outstanding, cooked to perfection, and paired beautifully with sides that were all on point. The service was top-notch as always, attentive and professional. Rails is consistently delivering an exceptional dining experience, and we can’t wait to return. Highly recommend!

Did not exceed my expectations at all. When we first arrived the plates were dirty. I also don’t think we received the best service. The lobster Mac and cheese and smoked Gouda and bacon Mac and cheese was absolutely horrible. The steak was absolutely amazing though. It is not somewhere I would urge to come back to. I was highly disappointed especially because I went for my birthday celebration.
