   The service was horrible. Our waiter thought he was somebody special. Too special to give decent service. The salad was soooo underdressed, it was like the dressing was forgotten.

   Red Salt never disappoints. The sushi is amazing. Noah was our server, and we were so impressed. Excellent service & food.

   Always enjoy a great meal at Red Salt!! Never disappoints…food is exceptional and well presented Save room for dessert…the Bread pudding is amazing topped with ice cream!! Best Mahi Mahi I found in Poipu is here at Red Salt! Highly recommended this place for a great meal and service. Gets busy so make reservations.

   Always get solid food here. While a bit pricey, the quality makes it worthwhile in my opinion. I think they have the best loco moco ever (a person who grew up on Hawaii said this also). The Kobe beef in this dish was awesome! Fantastic coffee. For locals they give a kama'aina discount to soften the financial blow.

    Very good but did not live up to expectations. We ordered the focaccia appetizer. The bread was yummy but not focaccia. It was a small loaf of white bread with olive oil and Italian herbs which doesn’t make it focaccia. They were out of the Mahi mahi, so I ordered another fish dish. It was very good. Husband ordered the Ahi. For him it was a small portion and cold, not warm enough. Cocktails were fantastic! Overall, very good.
