   Soup and salad came out at the same time as our entrees. Waitress forgot to enter one of our orders. Had to wait for them to make it (chicken sandwich). Chicken was not crispy. Still added it to the bill.

   The service was great and the food was very good. In fact, the 14 oz medium rare ribeye steak was exceptional and the shaved ribeye sandwich was delicious.

   As always, food and service was great. Love the seating by the window. We don’t get here often. However, it never disappoints us.

   This was my second dining at Redstone American Grill. The overall experience was great. My server was prompt and attentive. She made recommendations on starters, entrees, and drinks. We ordered the buffalo jumbo shrimp, grilled salmon, NY strip, Caesar salad, and finished with chocolate cake. All was good. Just not enough shrimp with the starter (only 4 jumbo shrimp).

   Not a good experience. Husband was apprehensive because the Google reviews were under 4 stars and he was right. Hostess was first sign of what was to come—grimace and no smile. Waitress followed with no personality and grimace. Food was lukewarm and kid meal was almost inedible. The worst was the bathroom, which smelled terribly even though we were the first ones there that day, indicating it hadn’t been cleaned from prior day.

   It was ok. It took 35 minutes just to get our drinks, service was pretty slow. Staff were nice, it just took a long time to get our food. Food was ok, we had to ask for some food that we ordered but didn’t get. Not sure we would go back.

   Food was excellent for 5 of the 6 in our group. Only miss was the egg rolls. Service was a little slow and there seemed to be an issue with getting drinks from the bar. Prices were a little higher than expected but overall a very good meal. The parmesean crusted haddock was fantastic

    Slow service. Was told immediately by server, after waiting 10 minutes, that they were short staffed. Ordered drinks and they came after food was served. French fries were rubbery. Ribs were dry.
