Lovely local pub/restaurant. Service very good. Staff very friendly. Good selection of drinks, with several cask Ales. Food was excellent. A very pleasant evening, many thanks.

I went on a blind date 6 months ago and being valentines day thought it would be romantic to return. The welcome , the service , the food and more importantly the fabulous welcome to make us feel special sets the martlett inn better than other local places . The food was delicious and beautifully presented . Highly recommended if you want to feel special . Superb thank you from a couple who will always remember our 1st kiss and the day we met at a beautiful restaurant.

Food really good quality - curried parsnip soup to die for and a good selection on the cheeseboard

Delighted with our meal on a Sunday evening. Truly delicious pizza and a very good Thai vegan curry. Also a good local beer. And very good service. Delighted.

Totally gutted to see this close. We love coming here. We will be waiting for your next adventure.
